La atencion del personal es excelente; no se encuentra facilmente en Holanda. No te cobran por la cuna del bebe. La habitacion era con techo inclinado y la altura de la ducha un poco justa sin ser yo muy alto (174 cm). Demasiado cerca de la via del tren. Se echa de menos un bidet si estas acostumbrado a el. |

The beds are very comfortable. The personnel were more pleasent than the last five times. Lack of light by the bed to read by. Not enough place to put away clothes and toiletries and dangerous low hanging beams in the room. Strange policy for pricing of the room (one night 143, one 115, the last 143). |

Buffet breakfast was very expensive (19 Euros) and awfully low value for money given that the 'warm' part of the breakfast turned out to be cold (i.e. eggs, bacon, etc.). There was no possibility to toast the bread, so it had to be eaten cold as well. In addition, my room was in the attick and hence very uncomfortable to get around for a relatively tall person. Overall, considering the price for the room, I thought it was very bad value for money. |

Some of the staff........and I emphasise, "some" No restaurant - if arriving late, ensure you eat before or visit town. The attitude of certain staff members were downright ignorant - I was told "I would be lucky" if I could get an iron. Of course, no ironing services were on offer. The room was absolutely dreadful, poorly lit and sound insulated on the ground level, which meant all night I had cyclists and drunks meandering 4 foot from my bed. The room decor was appalling. Finally, the wireless wouldn;t work but after being told I would be lucky to get an iron, I thought I would have to be superhuman to get support from Reception as the instructions outlined. I would never stay here or indeed in the chain again - as someone who stays 12-15 nights a month in hotel, their loss. |

the location is best for city travel .brekfast is good,you can ask for ur choice of eggs.view is good as our room was facing the old church.delft is beautiful and small ,everything is walkable distance. The room given to us was on the top floor thus the roof ceiling was visible. bed was small n two single bed was joined . |

employees are helpful there are rooms in the hotel with no ventilation/air conditioning and with no windows that you can open !!! this should be corrected. |

Beautiful room with the high ceiling and so much character. The bed was so comfortable too. The location was ideal, close to the train and city centre. The front desk gave very good advice on restaurants and supplied a map which was very useful. The shower had only cold water in the morning. I mentioned this to the front desk when i left (we were only there one night) and he was concerned and made a note immediately to fix it. |

The staff at the desk was very friendly and helpful. The room was roomy, clean, comfortable and pleasant. I liked the playful sculptures in the entrance hall and the patio. Breakfast was good. |

Good location in historic center of Delft. Room spacious enough, separate sitting/tv area, shower worked well & easily. Nice ambiance in common areas. Unnecessary aggrivations - key card did not work properly, had to be re-set each day, so could not get into room when tired at the end of the day. |

A good spot for discovering the town. Whilst a comfortable hotel it was not a 4 star as rated on the site. Staff were very helpful and but the ground floor room was rather noisy with passing foot traffic and cycles. |

Within convenient walking distance of the old centre of Delft. Staff very polite and helpful. The room was dark and without a view. Although a bar is featured in the brochure the bar appeared to be closed or at least not easily accessible from the part of the hotel in which our room was situated. |
