Wonderful hotel, but a shade high in price compared to other 4stars ... asked for a canal side room and recvd. a center room with no view. Breakfast overpriced ... better to go out in the market close to the hotel. |

Location was excellent for Old Town and restaurants. Everything worked inside the room from the plumbing to the TV. My plane arrived at 07:00 after a 14 hr flight. By the time I got to your hotel it was 12:00 noon and your staff would not let me check in. I was tired and wanted to lay down. I was disappointed that I had to wait til 15:00 to check in. |

The room was spotless, but had tons of character. We stayed in an attic loft type of room that was wonderful. The shower and bath we amazing after a long day of walking. They patiently answer every questioned we had about the city and recommended places to see and buy necessities. They kept our luggage for us after checking out until our train time. The breakfast was adequate. |

easy access to delft rooms dark and no ventilation in one room, one room had smelly bed linen which we had to get changed. no tea or coffee making facility. hotel could have been better if they had an evening dinner facility. |

Quiet and central very comfortable in the main building The first room we were shown in the Delft Museum hotel was on the top floor, hot and in our view poorly furnished. The shower was only accessible from standing in the bath. This was in no way a 4star hotel room. Fortunately because my husband is disabled were were offered a room in the main building which was very much more to our liking.' We would recommend only to main building. |

Too many stairs to get to room, and in the room. I checked in with 2 heave suitcases and was sent to almost the furthest room away from the lobby with many stairs to go up and down. |
