very good location I booked a twin, but they reserved a very small double. I don't know the 3 stars' breakfast in Amsterdam... but I find it poor, there was no fresh fruit or juice. Not all the reception staff was kind |

Location and very quiet room. We were given an apartment instead of a room but... the room was not cleaned during our stay - towels not changed either. The breakfast was terrible. Do you call that orange juice? |

Fairly good location It's perhaps the smallest room I have ever stayed in. Bed didn't have any headboard and the end of the bed not against a wall and so my HUGE pillow kept falling out of bed thus waking me up. |

The hotel is very well located in Amsterdam, close to the Rembrandtplein, as well as the flower market and not so far by foot from Dam Square. The hotel needs to improve the quality of the breakfast, as well as the bathroom decorations. |

Perfect location, 2 min. Walk from Rembrandtsplain. Ok breakfast. Polite and helpful staff. Comfortable bed. We stayed here during the ibc and the rates were too high, about double of what they should have been, or what you would expect for ****(4 stars). This is an ok hotel as long as you pay for **+ (2+ stars) standard. The smell at our bathroom, pretty much like a public toilet. Not sure though if the cause was poor housekeeping or the sewage system in Amsterdam. Anyway, the bathroom should have been cleaner. Our double room was so small that we did not have any floor space for the luggage. To open one of the doors, all the other doors had to be closed. |
