Nice view to the Amstel river. - Bed bugs! We stayed in room 404 for 4 nights, and the last one we fell victim to these horrible creatures. - Room was very small.

Very central with a short distance to both Rembrandtplein, Dam and red light district. But also a bit aside so its very nice and quiet. Our bathroom on 4 floor was somehow difficult to use because of the slanting roof.

Good Location on the canals. Saff was not very friendly and our keys did not work to get into the hotel at night so we were locked out.

The location was excellent, and the staff were very friendly The rooms are small and very noisy. We stayed in the annex first and were moved to a room in the hotel. Very expensive for the quality of the room

Excellent location, near to the shopping area of Piazza Dam, the nearest place to the Flower's Market, the best view of the fireworks for the New Year's Eve. The single room can be not so large as you expect.

Staff very friendly, right next to the flower Market but a long walk to central areas. We used the quad room and it was a good size, not a great view as was looking over other rooms however we all agreed that it was excellent value for money. The reception area, breakfast room and sitting area were beautifully decorated. Would recommend! Quad room we had looked over other rooms but wasn't so much of a problem as we only used it as a base. Breakfast wasn't included and was quite an expensive supplement seeing as there was 4 of us.

Nothing unfortunately. We had a very disappointing experience. Very very disappointing. The room was tiny and dark. We had to climb over the bed to get to the tiny bathroom. Nowhere to sit in the room. No reading lights; broken shower; no hot water in the morning. We asked to change rooms because oiut room was unacceptable but we were told the hotel was fully booked. I feel we were cheated because we paid for a 3- star room and the room we were given was definitely a 0-star room. The staff didn't care and wouldn't do anything to help. We were still charged 3-star prices. If you ever go to this hotel and are offered room 118, leave immediately. Better not to bother with this hotel at all.
