Nice view to the Amstel river.

- Bed bugs! We stayed in room 404 for 4 nights, and the last one we fell victim to these horrible creatures. - Room was very small.

Very central with a short distance to both Rembrandtplein, Dam and red light district. But also a bit aside so its very nice and quiet.

Our bathroom on 4 floor was somehow difficult to use because of the slanting roof.

Location was excellent. I got a room with canal view for a rather discount price.

The wireless for 6 Euro per hour.

The room allocated was nothing like described on the website, the bathroom was so small we where unable to use the shower as the space was rediculous

Nothing unfortunately. We had a very disappointing experience.

Very very disappointing. The room was tiny and dark. We had to climb over the bed to get to the tiny bathroom. Nowhere to sit in the room. No reading lights; broken shower; no hot water in the morning. We asked to change rooms because oiut room was unacceptable but we were told the hotel was fully booked. I feel we were cheated because we paid for a 3- star room and the room we were given was definitely a 0-star room. The staff didn't care and wouldn't do anything to help. We were still charged 3-star prices. If you ever go to this hotel and are offered room 118, leave immediately. Better not to bother with this hotel at all.
