Hotel Nes

Läget var väldigt bra och det var OK "value for money". Det var rent och rökfritt. Frukosten var bra och det var fint att man kunde lämna sitt bagage på hotellet, efter det att man checkat ut, om man inte ville släpa runt det på stan innan avresa till flygplatsen.

Dörren till vårt rum gick inte att stänga helt, med mindre än att man låste dörren. Väldigt dålig lampor vid sängarna. Kunde inte användas som läslampor i sängen, då de bara hängde, lösa, på sidan av nattygsborden, dvs inte över sängen så att man kunde rikta lampan ner mot kudden. Ganska ointresserad receptionist (kille) som checkade in oss.

trevlig och tillmötesgående personal. Bra parkeringsmöjligheter, ett smidigt sätt att bli av med bilen genom att låta en firma ta hand om den, hämta - förvara - lämna åter till en rimlig peng.

En klar försköning av hotellet i beskrivningen, blev klart besvikena när vi kom dit

Hotel Nes was very Central within walking distance of all attractions and areas. Staff at the hotel were really friendly & helpful especially the lovely man on reception with dark curly hair. Our room was small but clean & comfortable. The bed was ok but not the most comfortable, fine for the 2 nights we were there. Breakfast was continental.... i loved the madiera cake with jam. Cake for breakfast, what a treat. The coffee was good too. Would go there again for sure.

Everyone very pleasant the staff seving breakfast were great and the breakfast was very good.The staff at the desk were always very helpful to anything we asked nothing was a problem

The breakfast was good. However some fruit was missing. The situation was great and the staff was very helpful.

Small rooms. The attachment has very steep stair, and there is up to 3 floors. The price should not be the same as the nominal building.

Good location, luggage storage was great as we had a late flight, good breakfast with friendly staff.

Overpriced, tiny room and bathroom, no air conditioning so had to sleep with window open, there was lots of noise from drunk people on the street. We were let down with other accomodation already booked in Amsterdam as there was a big conference the weekend we stayed, so we really had to take what was available.

Excellent location, comfortable beds, good breakfast. The canal view was always interesting and worth having.

Soap dispenser was empty and not replaced in the bath, no plug in the washbasin, parking was very expensive at 48 to 75 Euros per day, and really only possible at an underground car park approx 5 minutes away.

The room was very small for the price and the bathroom sink was in the shower.

only comment to make about hotel was smell in bathroom got used to it by end off holiday

The location was perfect for staying in the old part of town near the university. Our room had a lovely view of the canal.

for the hotel's catagory I thought the bathroom was inadequate in that it lacked the basic supply of hair dryer, shampoo etc. I expected these to be available.
