the atmosphere, decor and location; the view, old world atmosphere. The food was great. Reception staff were professional, courteous and enthusiastic, and room service staff were excellent. It would have been good to have a kettle/tea&coffee making facilities in the room. It would have also been nice to have a bathrobe each in the room, and bottled water/glasses in the room. The service of the breakfast staff was not as great as the dinner service we received. |

The staff were very helpful, the breakfast buffet was delicious, the bed was very comfortable and both children had a cot in the room on arrival. |

Location and local flavor restaurant and color. We were able to walk with our luggage across the street and down a block to get on our cruise ship. That was worth it--only if you are staying one night just for that purpose. You wouldn't want to stay more than one night at this hotel. Our room was Spartan and uncomfortable as was the whole place. |

Zimmer super Nicht kulant. Bei vorzeitiger Abreise (hier 1 Tag) wurde der komplette Preis als Aufwandsentschädigung veranschlagt. Das kenne ich anders. |

Der Standort. Ich habe mich mit Schiffsreisenden getroffen. Sehr viel. Ich habe ein Zimmer mit angeblichen Ausblick auf den "Courtyard" gebucht, bekam ein winziges, dunkles Zimmer mit Ausblick auf eine Mauer, die nicht mehr als zwei meter entfernt war. Ich mußte €50 Aufpreis zahlen um ein vernünftiges Zimmer zu bekommen. Ich fühle mich betrogen und die Firma "Booking.com" sollte dieses Hotel unter die Lupe nehmen. |

De prettige gastvrijheid valt op. Ongedwongen, hoffelijk, vriendelijk en met veel oog en oor voor de wensen van de gasten. Het is niet eens overdreven luxe. In sommige opzichten is het comfort zelfs eenvoudig, maar toch voelt het hele verblijf als een warm bad. Uitstekend. Een waterkoker in de kamer om even zelf koffie of thee te kunnen maken zou prettig zijn. Draadloos internet zou eigenlijk inbegrepen moeten zijn. |
