The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. On arrival we were given a room upgrade for no extra cost due to the hotel having a quiet booking period. Fantastc room! During the summer months there are millions of flies and mosquitoes outside, due to the lake. |

There were nice walking trails and a harbor next to the hotel. The location was a very quiet and relaxing retreat. Great breakfast! Need car to access location, public transportation is available but not close. Some spa treatments were not free. |

All staff went out of their way to be helpful and pleasant, probably the best welcome and follow up service we have experienced. The complimentary upgrade was especially welcome following our long drive from the UK - most restfull No, everything was as near perfect as possible, thank you |

Sjiek hotel, betaalbaar door boeking bij Booking.com Rolhor raam kapot waardoor veel vliegen in de kamer. Wij kregen echter na klacht een kamer en suite wat normaal veel duurder is. Hotel ligt afgelegen en in de buurt niet even een terrasje pikken. Bar lounge in hotel erg ongezellig. Wij waren enige bezoekers. |

Vriendelijke ontvangst bij receptie en een grati upgrading van de kamer naar een suite. De suite was ongekend ruim en doelmatig ingericht. Prima ontbijt. Het indische restaurant wat bij het hotel hoort viel tegen qua bediening. Onoplettend personeel. Kwaliteit was ook middelmatig. In de suite was een koffiezetapparaat aanwezig. Het bijgeleverde koffiezakje paste niet zodat de koffie slap was. Er was geen meld en suiker. |
