Friendliness from staff in Restaurant, the food was great !! Compliments... Reception Welcome at check-in, very unfriendly/impolite. Although at Check- out there was a very friendly person ! The couch in the Suite room gave us an incredible dirty impression, full and full of bleach spots. We did not even dared to touch it.... Because of this reason we would not book a Suite again, was totally not inviting to sit in this living room area. When we would ever visit this hotel again we will just take a standard room instead. Breakfast food quality below average. Little Bread rolls look and tastes odd, very chemical taste, totally not fluffy, like it is some kind of cheap EuroShopper quality. Instead bread should be from a bakery, and taste and smell like bread. Including the Salmon at breakfast, very cheap bad quality

rooms were lovely and spacious with fantastic view, albeit a little dated, but still very clean and tidy. Location is very peaceful. Staff were extremely efficient and friendly. Breakfast was just right........would definitley stay again! Rooms could do with a little bit of an upgrade, only in furniture, but I guess if this happened then the price would go up.

This is an attractive and comfortable hotel. The rooms are very spacious and well appointed. The breakfast is excellent with a great variety of choices. The location is beautiful and if you get a room with a view of the marina, it is really nice! The staff are hospitable and friendly and go out of their way to be helpful. We had a very pleasant stay and would definitely stay again. There was no bath/shower mat - had to use a hand towel.

The hotel was very quiet at the time of our stay and the atmosphere was very relaxing. The breakfast was excellent with lots of variety. We enjoyed some great meals in the evening at the hotel as well. The staff was extremely helpful. I would love to spend time at this hotel again.

We had a complaint about the first room we were in. The couch was filthy, just like the carpet... It looked like someone had a big party in there. When telling the hotel staff they immediately gave us a different room. That was great service. The hotel is beautiful situated. We overlooked the harbour, very beautiful. The hotelroom we were first assigned to at first was really not done! I hope the staff will take action upon my complaint. This was not representative for a 4star hotel. The couch has a cover, it must be easy to wash and maybe dye once a year.

Really a lovely hotel with luxury accommodation. We had a vast room with double balconies over looking the lake and marina. Delicious breakfast and friendly staff. Was not able to request a suite with twin beds. It would be great to have a small bridge to get you over the marina rather than having to walk around. Swimming pool with be excellent addition

Clean, quiet and very good breakfast. There was a problem with the Internet on one floor- had to go to another floor to get Internet. The hotel staff said it would be fixed soon.

A great experience for the whole family. The generous upgrade to a suite to accommodate a third bed for our daughter's family.The elaborate breakfast with many choices. The harbor view, the pleasant lounge and cafe area. The Indonesian restaurant.

Everything. We got a suite upgrade, it was perfect, comfortable and big. The hotel has a gym, with very good quality equipment. The personnel solved everything we needed.Great value for money. We'll come back!
