Comfortable, clean and close by centre of Amersfoort

Directions of the parking. It was very unclear how to access the hotel by car.

The staff were amazing and very helpful. They all went extra mile for our requests. The breakfast buffet is outstanding and full of choice. And surprisingly, very kids friendly!!! The location is great, within 5 mins walk you arrived in Amersfoort city centre and shopping area. Within 3 mins walk, you arrived at train station. The room is impeccable clean with modern decoration and large windows. The bathroom is spacious with bath tub and separate shower (and the water pressure is good!) We would definitely come back again!

It's a bit far from Amsterdam for a day trip and the train was €18 per person for returns. We will definitely hire a car next time instead of taking the train.

No evening meal available in the hotel on the Friday night! Many of the local restaurants were also closed?

Nice large clean rooms; very cloes to the railway station and centre of town.

Rather than the antioxidant breakfast, a better way of stopping me aging would have been a faster free WiFi connection (one suspects the pay-for business connection is faster...); room service was a mess with a very limited service and contradictory information provided.

Noisy airco (bring earplugs), the bar is not attractive to sit in (bar is in the restaurant)

The friendly was of staff and the comfort within the hotel was excellent. Both my husband and I enjoyed the stay this time so as the other two times we stayed there. We definetly enjoyed our stay and recommend it to others.

The room lacked a mirror the only mirror was in the bathroom and the TV was a bit small.

Overall is good. Close to the train station.

Just a 5 minutes walk from the railway station, no map or gps needed: exit the station and go to tle left

The breakfast is too expensive

the card system to open the door did not function correctly and was a real porblem for me

The sweet sweet girls, tending reception ;-) A bargain for the price, nice clean rooms and a very friendly and helpfull staff! I will definately stay here on my next visit to Amersfoort.

Clean, good bed, good shower

I expect wireless wifi for this amount of payment. I also see this as comfort after a hard day working and traveling from USA. I would be for this in advance.

Exceptional friendly reception staff; very clean room; very comfortable bed; location is great (close to station). Very efficient WiFi.

Exceptionally poor service at breakfast! There was one young unfriendly and unwilling man standing around. No eggs were left on the buffet and he responded rather distrurbed on my request. I got the eggs more than 15 minutes later! My advice? Replace your waiters asap!

Reasonable weekend rates

Everything is very good and price value.

Lazy Sundays - if you're staying a Saturday night, they have this great thing called Lazy Sundays. Breakfast is until noon, and check-out is at 5pm! Great if you like a lie-in as we do. The room was nice in a business-like way, so not cosy or homely but still very comfortable and everything was clean and worked as it should. The breakfast was very good, with plenty for vegans as we are. There was dairy-free margarine, soya milk and soya yoghurts, fried mushrooms, as well as the usual selection of jam and peanut butter. The staff were helpful and even put our bikes in their secure basement overnight, which was very good of them. They attach a paper ticket to the bike and give you the stub so that nobody else can claim it, very efficient too! Overall a top notch hotel, recommended. The staff there are doing the company proud.

Only two tiny points, not really negative things: The air-conditioning comes on when you enter the room and switch the electrics on by inserting your key card in the slot. If you don't want it on, you have to turn it off manually - it's easy to do, but also easy to forget and seems a bit wasteful to me. The early check-in fee is pretty high, but they will happily look after your bags for free instead though so this isn't a big deal really.

Good location near to the railway station.

Rooms were spacious and comfortable, very clean and modern. Staff friendly and polite. Very useful free luggage hold so if you can't check in/need to check out, you can still have a wander around Amersfoort without lugging things around.

Not impressed with the organisation of this hotel, considering it is a national firm. We had originally booked this hotel in October and was surprised when payment for the room was randomly taken in January (not expecting this so went overdrawn). I had to chase up an invoice to confirm it was them taking the money and when we finally arrived for our stay, I was informed that only a twin room was available and not the double one originally booked. When I insisted on receiving what I had booked they found a double room for us. When my friend booked in for her standard room straight after, she found herself in a double! Great news but left me wondering why they tried to issue us with a twin when they blatantly had space.

The staff were fantastic - nothing was too much trouble for them and they went out of their way to make the stay wonderful!

Allocation of rooms was very badly organised. I travelled as part of a group of people attending a wedding and nearly everyone had to argue their case for getting the room they originally booked. Most people did get the room they had asked for in the end, but it was all a bit of a farce and could have been easily avoided by making sure that they weren't booking people into more rooms than actually exist.

All of the staff were welcoming, friendly and accommodating. We were part of a large group and all of us agreed that the level of care and attention that we were given was exemplary. The rooms are spacious, light, modern and exceptionally clean and we wanted for nothing during our stay - thank you!

Couldn't fault it at all :)

There's no free internet access. Just a 30min pass if you'll stay in the lobby. But to use it from your room the costs are prohibitive, even for the basic access.

If the dining room had more than ten people in it became a bit manic.

Ligging. Kon bagage al voor incheken afgeven.

Badkamer. Jammer dat er geen aparte douche is en in een hoog bad moest stappen. Gratis wifi werkte niet.
