There is nothing special in this hotel. All normal stuff. The front desk staff were not at all interested in attending the guest. They were very rude. Not helping at all. Hotel far from the city. They told it is 20 minutes away in Tram and 8 minutes walk. But actually it is 35-34 mins away in tram and 12-15 min walk.

we liked the additional extras: short story book, magazine on local area, use of safe, hotel computer/printer in lobby... we stayed on the 6th floor & was very quiet (considering it was new years eve) but it would have been nice to open the window for fresh air.

The hotel was nicely renovated. It was very well decorated. Our room was spacious and comfortable. It was very ideally located very close to the city center. The bed was not the best: although we had a double bed there were two mattresses placed beside each other which made it even worse. There was no non-Italian TV channels. The bathroom was extremely small.

Room temperature management is an issue, as in the winter period the airco can only heat, not cool. Room can become too hot.

When I booked the room, I have wrote, as a comment, that we have 3 dogs with us for the Amsterdam Winner show. When we arrived we where told that only 1 dog was possible at the hotel. They said after we have complain, that we could booked a room more and then pay 20 euro pr. Dog. That will say, they will charge us for 160 Euro more. That is not okay, and we will never use the hotel again. We spoke to others who stays on other hotels in the area. They only pay 5 Euro pr. Dog.

I travelled with a friend to attend some futball matches in the area. The hotel was in between the 2 locations so that worked well for us. The room was clean and modern. We separated the beds which were made up individually as requested. There was a nice desk area and the tv was on the wall in front of the beds. The bathroom was modern with a small bottle of shampoo and small bottle of body wash. I liked the magnifying make up mirror. The staff at the front desk were pleasant and helpful. The hotel was packed with business people and flight attendants. We had drinks at the bar one evening. We did not eat in the hotel restaurant as it was 19 euro each for breakfast if we ordered that when we checked in or 22.50 euro if we walked in the next morning. We drove down the street and found a great little shop that had amazing sandwiches and coffee. For 10 euro we were ready to go! The laminate floors were scratched and scraped up, leaving them looking dirty. The bathroom had the very familiar (though I cannot understand the attraction) glass partition ½ wall (so water splashes out of the shower no matter how careful you are) and removable shower head. The shower head had low water pressure. A door or shower curtain would have been much easier, cleaner, and save on all the towels it takes to absorb the water. I just don’t get that design??? The hair dryer was mounted in the bathroom in front of the mirror, but we both used flat irons and had to plug them in the bedroom. There was no other mirror to use except for the one mounted inside the closet-made doing our hair difficult. The hotel places several thermoses of coffee near the door so you can make a cup on your way out. Great concept, but by far the worst coffee I have ever had. Really. The bar felt like a Holiday Inn Express buffet breakfast room… with a bar. When our husbands arrived on the last evening, we went down for a drink. We had to sit at a table with chairs. Couches, chairs, ambient lighting etc. would have been much nicer. This was the lobby. The area in front of the elevators had 2 massage chairs that cost 2 euro per time slot. A bit tacky in a hotel.

very good access to main highways.near by shopping center for all what you may need including a supermarket.free parking always available. somehow our of the center but yet very close if you use a car. If you depend on public transportation it might be more of a problem I guess. relatively new design in the room, the hotel itself is quite new, compared to most in Amsterdam

All the hotel and rooms was very clean and very nice. There is a good restaurant. Tram for Amsterdam centre is not too far (15 min of walk). There is a free and large parking for car. Staff is friendly If you want to visit Amsterdam centre you have to take car or walk for 15 min than take tram (another 15 min)

Close to SPa ZUiver in the Bos, wonderful design hotel the nh Musica, with fabulous mattresses, very clean scandi style design, and wonderful staff- they were all so lovely and kind- especially Diem at the front desk and everyone behind the bar. It's a wee bit far from the city center, but they let bikes and scooters, and tram's not far.
