The staff was very friendly and helpful, The rooms are clean and confortable. Very good sleep. Quiet and clean neighbourhood. Is very nice to walk to the tram station.

Nothing to dislike. I will come back soon. The best city in the world.

Poor service at reception and restaurant room service stops at 11 pm (!) dated hotel not good value for money

Excellent hotel, good facilities and helpful staff. We hired bikes which was excellent! Very good pizza place just a 5 minute walk away.

The gym was a bit small, but still fine. It is an 8 minute walk from the nearest tram station, but an easy 15 minute journey from the tram into the centre.

Good size rooms

Dinner - menu is rubbish, very dated and limitted, food is of mediocre standard. Breakfast - hot options all cold, bacon inedible because it had dried out

The hotel is quiet and nice and the location was perfect for my business trip. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff is helpful and friendly but what happened to us is so deeply disappointing.

On the very first morning I found a nasty rash on my neck and tiny tiny spots of blood on my sheets. I thought it was some sort of allergy. But a few days later I found a bed bug on the sheets!!! The hotel staff was nice enough to move us to another room. But I'm so stressed ever after because it's a 4-star hotel, not a hostel after all. The staff was polite and regretful but I can honestly say that our stay and our overall experience was ruined.

It is generally a quiet hotel in a nice area of Amsterdam

Breakfast and dinner prices are huge and are not worth spending the money; the hotel is situated quite far from the tram/metro stop (15-minute walk) and may be quite difficult to find in Amsterdam's small streets at night but generally the area is quiet and we didn't have problems returning later in the evening.

It was clean. Staying there was comfortable.

You need to contact your bank daily. Because they blocked cash from my visa many time. And also they took money as reservation before I reach the hotel.but finally everthing was okay. So you need to pay attention when dealing with them

Breakfast was very good with a fair se;ection of hot and cold dishes. The only point of disappointment was the complete lack of labels, sometime it was obviously easy to guess what was on the trays but other times I didn't have a clue or was not completely sure aboutthe content. An easy fix which I'm sure will make many other customers happy.

I brought T-shirt to ironing but was charged as for laundry. Since I noted that, the hotel had to refund the difference.

Nh Musica is a very nice hotel in Amsterdam. Personel is friendly, helpfull and very nice. Rooms are small, but very comfortable with quite nice design. There is a fridge and kettle in the room, every morning they bring you some coffe, tea, sugar and creamer to your room, so you can drink some hot drinks there. Bathroom is very nice, with huge mirrors and quite big shower. I love this place a lot ! There is lovely hotel restaurant, which serves delicause dishes.

Well, the thing is that nh Musica is quite far from the City Centre. It's 10 / 15 minutes walk to the tram station and then about 30/ 40 minutes to the center, so it takes about an houre incuding waiting for the tram.

The room was bright, spacious, modern and well equipped. Excellent shower room. The staff were friendly and helpful.

It was a very hot spell, and the air conditioning was noisy and difficult to adjust satisfactorily.

I like that is based on the nH chain of hotels - so I know what to expect from it. It goes 100% with the nH approach. Next to it, is a bus station. For the Metro and tram you have to walk like 15 min. However, the area is nice, clean and safe - even during the night. In the area there is a big shop - in case you want go for some shopping [like food/drinks]. It looks to be next to the airport , so I had the pleasure to see some airplanes from time to time.

The only reason why someone should think twice before going with this "nH Musica" is just the Location. However, if the price is good enough, then the location will count less. Also, I would say is more for a 3 star hotel; for sure is not a 4 star one! The worst part is the air conditioning used since no window will open - so no fresh air in the room !

High standards, reception and restaurant open 'till late. Clean and friendly place. Huge rooms, all accommodations possible available. Best hotel I've ever been so far.

Hotel staff were very friendly. Location is very good, comfortable, away from downtown noise. 10 minutes from rai train station and convention center. Room was comfortable and spacious.

The desk is located right in front of the cupboard, which leaves very little space to dress, pack, or unpack.

When you are fed up of the noise of Rambrant square, head for the hotel and have a good sleep, then get ready for another head spinning experience at Dam sq destricts

Friendly and approachable staff, location close to RAI Centre, so ideal for exhibitions.

Food is uninspiring, the dinner promises much but delivers little, on one night we had to return steaks twice as they were poor quality and badly cooked. Changing facilities for the sauna are insufficient, guests forced to leave clothes in toilets as no changing rooms available. WiFi costs €17 for 24 hours access...a rip off!

The room was large and the bathroom very well equiped , only the lack of staff let this hotel down

The staff were very freindly and ddi their best , but there were not enough ot cope with the volume . I asked for a tooth brush as I had forgotten mine and was told one would be with me in a few mnutes .two and a hafl hours later I had to remind them . I booked room service breakfast betwen 9.00am and 9.30 am , I rang down at 9.30 to be told it was being prepared and it arrived at 9.45 . When ordering my evening meal I waited 14 minutes before being able to speak to room service .This is clearly not good enough
