I liked the hospitality and the view at Singel canal, a memory that I never forget.

Maybe bigger rooms.

Location

centraly located , close to all attractions, will definitely stay in this hotel next time.. if you are there for one night like us (friends) and have a rental car, use hotel parking where you have to pay 35 Eur per day but it is better than parking the car outside the city center and take the tram to hotel etc,.

The location

Every time a door from a nearby room closed, our door vibrated very loudly (enough to wake you up). Our room was located near housekeeping, and in the morning the staff were very noisy.

ie a well placed place regarding touristic places, is quite an comfortable place, good and discret services

Excellent location, plenty of eateries right outside the door, large clean rooms, they actually have elevators and a very friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended!

The hotel looked out dated and dull. Did not give me the experiance of staying in a 4 star hotel. I was disappointed. I would suggest this hotel to friends if they were looking for conveneince but otherwise I would suggest that they try somewhere else.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. We appreciated that there were coffee and tea that we could make. Good location for sightseeing. The hotel was very close to places such as the Historisch Museum, Begijnhof and it was only 10 -15 mins walk to the Red Light District. The tram station was close too.

The hotel stands close to a busy square which was noisy during the night, we could hear people shouting and cars honking. (Maybe because our room was on the 1st floor)
