The location of the hotel is very good - just in the middle between the train station and the museum district. the room was quite big with modern design. too cold in the room at night (the end of january) |

I contacted staff to report the uncomfortable temperature in the room, and the inability to open a window to let in air. I had turned off the heating an hour earlier in order to allow the temperature to adjust, but the room was very hot. Staff advised that they would send help, but after waiting for 1/2 hour, no one came and we were exhausted and went to bed after 2300 hours. We slept very badly as a result. In the morning we had to leave right away in order to return to the airport for our flight, and the taxi we had reserved was given to another group, without confirming the reservation. We had to wait for another taxi to be dispatched for us. We expect to be reimbursed for our stay. |

the room was very good and it was non smoking. Good that there is no carpet in the room for allergics. . The breakfast room is very boring in the style and it is too expensive (20 euros) Some of the staff in the reception were not so friendly. |
