Location is nice about 15 min walk to the city center Several steps to reach the lobby from outside which is hard for people with special needs or if you are carrying your luggage

Excellent location, right in the middle of the city, close to everything! Brilliant helpful staff Room was nice, very comfy bed, clean white sheets and nice pillow :-) Delicious breakfast Can't think of anything!

I like the location of the hotel. They charge 5 euros for 15 minutes connection at the front desk computer.

Central, easy access to central area of city. Triple room with proper beds which is good for older teens. Comfortable and spacious room. Close to shops and sites.

breakfast was ok. Location is quite convenient to move around. Room was useless. The check in attendant changed my room to superior as I needed double bed instead of twin bed. He told this room will have twin bed and both with queensize beds. He was lying and after paying all amount on Booking.com, I had no choice but to stay. There was no room service at all. Beds were very poor with loose spring and old mattreses. In the morning they started repair outside which was very noisy. Overall, very bad experience.

Extremely helpful personnel... All questions answered with a huge smile. Very centrally located, just a few minutes walk to the city centre (Dam). Even the ''hop on hop off'' bus stops right on front of the hotel...Wonderful choice of restaurants, from cheap to expensive, on the same street...The amenities in the bathroom were excellent and eco-friendly... There is no heat in the bathroom!!!

Good location - easy to walk everywhere around center and canals. Art- deco design. The hotel is not worth it's price. The hotel can't provide the basic thing for travellers: good sleep (because walls in a room was so thin that I could hear noisy company of men listening to music and shouting all night. The other night they were smoking weed right in a room and I could feel all smells and their laughing all night. Noise from the street is minimal with comparison to noise from next rooms. Breakfast was good but expensive (15 euros if to book beforehand). There are much more better hotels for the lower price with better facilities.

Hotel is very close to tram stop, which makes it accessible to all city attractions. The hotel is very clean and has friendly staff. The rooms are big and very spacious, so is the bathroom. Wi-fi was a bit slow on my opinion.

The location was great, the free hot drinks for the guests was a very nice touch, the staff where very nice and helpfulll The room was not very clean under the beds, even the stairwell was dirty the hole time we where there, the towels smelled of grease

The location was excellent and the room was exactly what we expected. The staff didn't know to give reccomadations the room's bathroom was old.

Staff were very good. Facilities in the room were good: kettle, safe, fridge. Location is superb. The room was particularly cramped, far too small for 2 people. The Internet connection was very hit and miss, when working was slow.

Free upgrade from a triple to a quadruple room which was much bigger and had a canal view. Location was fantastic, 5 minutes to Dam Square Bathroom flooded everytime the shower was used
