①空港へのシャトルサービスがあるとの表示が選択の１理由であったが、同サービスにトラブルが多いとのことで無くなっていた。情報開示（変更）が遅い。②寒い日だったが部屋で空調コントローができず少し困った。③部屋にいたときメイド（と思われる）がノック無しに部屋を開け、人がいると分かりすぐに閉めた。中からロックはしていたがマスターキーで開いてしまうようだ。チェーンまたは二重ロックがないので治安上心配。 |

Room not well cleaned. some dirt around ventilator cover and lots of hairs on the carpet. Ventilation of the bathroom was really poor. We booked double bed Superior room but there was no view at all. Only one small window facing courtyard(not a fancy one!) of the building. According to their brochure, Superior room should have more space "and" fantastic canal view. |

good location in safe area, clean room, good price in amsterdam if you don't need internet access internet: 10 Euro/1H, 17 Euro/24H is expensive. |

部屋が狭かった。扉の向こうはすぐベッドといった感じ。連休前ということもあったのか値段が高めかと感じた。ロケーションは中央駅からも徒歩圏内で静かで良かった。部屋も非常に清潔。 |

Nice, spacious room, fantastic location, nice lobby, 'Endless Sunday' policy allowing check-out up to 17h on Sundays. Door onto Singelgracht should have a card entry system when it is closed. |

The room was very small comparing to other hotels at this level for 2 persons.When asking for a bigger room, we were answered that all rooms are the same, which is not true.We were very disappointed from the room! |

the location was excelent, good rooms, silent positioning, good pillows poor cleaning, lot of dust under the table and under the bed, very expensive and poor breakfast (not recommendable) 17 euro!!! however, among the best in central amsterdam. seems that all dutch hotels from the centre have this problem of cleaning! |
