Localização No check in, fomos informados de overbooking do hotel, pelo que a nossa reserva de um quarto superior com vista para os canais se transformou num quarto com 3 camas ( viajando um casal) e com uma janela virada para um buraco interior, sem luz e sem vista. A reserva foi uma fraude |

It was a nice room with good beds. The desk staff were very helpful with several personal requests we had, and everyone seemed to speak good English, which made our stay easier. The cleaning staff wasn't as thorough as they could be. When we arrived the room had no soap or shampoo in the room at all. There was no guide to the hotel in the room at all. |

centraly located , close to all attractions, will definitely stay in this hotel next time.. if you are there for one night like us (friends) and have a rental car, use hotel parking where you have to pay 35 Eur per day but it is better than parking the car outside the city center and take the tram to hotel etc,. |

The location Every time a door from a nearby room closed, our door vibrated very loudly (enough to wake you up). Our room was located near housekeeping, and in the morning the staff were very noisy. |

The location of the Hotel is pretty nice for the tourist (10 min walk from the Central Station, 5-20 min walk from the main places of the City) Air conditioning, at least in the rooms that have the window that can't be opened (# 155 - 1st floor). We were really surprised... |

Excellent location, plenty of eateries right outside the door, large clean rooms, they actually have elevators and a very friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended! Everything was fantastic, no complaints! |

This hotel is in one of the best locations in Amsterdam. You are close to the old Western canals, and the neighborhood has lots of bars and restaurants. |

Location. Breakfast First we got a room without window, which can be opened!!! That room (I forgot a number) you shouldn't offer to your guests - it is not fair! And a room was not ready at 15:00, but at 17:00! I (angry) went to reception. First they said, they can do nothing that day and tell me to come next day. I wanted to speak with chief and she was fair - she gave us better room (with window!!) for the same price. |

The hotel looked out dated and dull. Did not give me the experiance of staying in a 4 star hotel. I was disappointed. I would suggest this hotel to friends if they were looking for conveneince but otherwise I would suggest that they try somewhere else. |

Fantastic location, reasonable room prices and generally clean and quite. There is no air conditioning throughout the hotel. My room, which faced south was very hot all day long. |

The rooms were clean and comfortable. We appreciated that there were coffee and tea that we could make. Good location for sightseeing. The hotel was very close to places such as the Historisch Museum, Begijnhof and it was only 10 -15 mins walk to the Red Light District. The tram station was close too. The hotel stands close to a busy square which was noisy during the night, we could hear people shouting and cars honking. (Maybe because our room was on the 1st floor) |

The location is superb, 1 minute from Dam square. At the same time the district around is not overcrowded with the tourists from Red Lights, etc. The room is OK. All necessary facilities are available, good view from windows, not big, but quite appropriate They have no Air Conditioning. There is some centralized ventilation system, but it seems that it is completely out work. In the afternoon, when the sun shines in the windows, the tempreture in the rooms rises to something like 32 degrees, so that you cannot even breathe. At the first moment the front desk was very inpolite answering to my request to do something with AC. |
