Staff could be more friendly they speak to you as if reading from a book not smiles !!!, I also booked an earlywake up call to travel north 1.30hrs trip for the day which I never got, I told reception about this ......it was just " sorry " ,I did have my mobile alarm set so did not miss my train, the only reason I was there is for this meeting and should i missed it my company would not have been hsappy at all.

It was well situated. The carpets are very dirty and there is a terrrible smell especially in the bathroom. View from room no. 139 is very disappointing. There were holes in the bed sheets. Needs better sound proofing.

Staff was great! Never expected a so nice staff (most of the time I'm disapointed by hotels' staff: they are rude, grumpy, etc.) Also, shower room is awsome! Le personnel etait genial! Je ne m'attendais vraiment pas à des gens aussi sympathique (La plus part du temps je suis décus par le personnel des hotels: ils sont antipathique, gronchon, etc.) Aussi, la salle de douche est extra! Bed room doesn't have anything special, it's a rendom bed room in an hotel: don't expect something luxury :) View from the room is crappy (some exterior walls...) La chambre à proprement parlé n'a rien d'extraordinaire, c'est une bete chambre d'hotel: ne vous attendez pas à du grand luxe :) La vue de la chambre est sans interet (des murs exterieurs...)

Location and the hotel staff were excellent. There was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom(room 325),it wasn't overpowering,but it was there none the less.We only stayed for one night(new years eve) so it wasn't a big deal as we weren't in the room much. I informed the hotel staff who very helpful and professional and they told me they would look into it straight away. I would definitely stay here again as I only see this as a minor problem that was addressed immediately. Location was excellent as were the staff.

Excellent location, friendly and helpful staff. Clean and bright room which was a good size. Would definately stay again. The italian restaurant was disappointing, expensive and poorly cooked pasta!

Great location, hotel clean, rooms big and comfortable - Staff was not always polite!! Wifi in lobby was horrific, if you want to give it for free then make it really free, don't ask us to enter a stupid password every 30 minutes, a password which doesn't always work. You either offer or don't offer wifi, but this was somewhere in the middle and a total nightmare.

The staff at the desk,they were very pleasant and helpful. No arrangement to help with luggage.Bath room was very tight,especially the toilet seat???? We stayed in room 628 where view was back of the hotel,and only we can see is other rooms windows and a/c machines ......

1) Few (about 4) minutes walk from the center - this also guarantee quite surrounding. 2) Clean room. 3) Pretty new bathroom. 4) Helpful staff. No free Wi-Fi !!! but I think that it's not common in Amsterdam.

The Location is impressive nearby most of the exiting areas and also quit and desent. I did not like the fact that My Credit Card was debited a total of 800 Euros, while my Total Invoice was only 737.41 Euros. Please check your accounts against my billing, Why could thing like this happen you should credit me the difference of (62.59) Euros. Unfortunately I discovered this mistake after leaving the Hotel to the airport and I trust you should refund the extras. Thanks in advance.

“This hotel is a low key user friendly place. The rooms are unusually large. The staff members are friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful.
