Good location, walking distance to some sights, bars and shopping and buss stop from airport.

We got a room to the street side and it was very noisy. Small terrace with simple window let in all the noise from the well trafficed street outside (earplugs needed). Room was small. Strange shower. The bedcover had stains and the hotel was full so no extra bedcover. Some in the reception were a bit arrogant. Expencive breakfast.

The hotel is in a great spot.

This is not a four star hotel by any European standard. It's old, tatty, and smelly. Wifi which claims to be free, isn'T.

A very clean and comfortable hotel but rooms are very small. Hotel offer late check out till 5 pm on sundays without any extra charge and it really helps if you retrun flight is late.Location is good.

We were given a room on the first floor which had a wiev of hotels air condtitiıning system and was accessible from outside if you open the window. We immediately asked them to chance it but the blond lady in reception did not want to help saying they do not have any other rooms available. So we said we will wait. In 15 mins time when we came back to the reception after collecting our stuff from the room no 148, there was another lady at the reception and she said they have other rooms available and she will arrange one for us. Difficult to understand why the other lady said we have to wait min 4 hrs for another room.

Initial room was a little noisy as hotel is on a busy street, but we were changed to another inner that was perfect.

Thje staff were rude and unhelpful, particularly the check in girl. The food in the bar was terrible - was not in any way similar to what was on the menu and very poor value for money. The lifts and corridors were non to clean and seemed a bit tired.

Great Location, clean, 24 hours check in check out, great service with taxi to the airport.

The man when we checked in was inconvenient. The mini bar was locked (we told about 3 times), the wifi was slow (you had to pay to have more speed.

Friendly staff, excellent gym with great coach. Very good standard room.

Close to everything, 2 minute walk to tram stop and Leidseplein. 20 minute stroll to centre of Amsterdam. There is a bus stop across the road that will take you straight to the airport. Room was a nice size. Staff friendly and helpful.

Shower did not have great water pressure and on some days not very warm.

The hotel was just 200m from the hotel my friends chose and it is conveniently located to walk around in Amsterdam.

Staff was very slow, beds too soft and I'm not sure if they do themselves a favor by pricing their breakfast at 19 Euro. It is the common rate in Amsterdam, but with all the cafes around, they won't have many breakfast guests.

It was conveniently located near the Melkweg and on a direct line to the Central Station even though it was in. Walking distance from everywhere. The hotel staff were exceptional and the rooms were comfortable! I will stay hear again in my next visit.
