I found everything up to the standards, fast check-in, professional staff, I had a couple of requests and they were deal with in no time, They speak many languages, which is a plus for people like my friends who didn´t speak english The room we were given had no views but it was very quiet! |

Sunday check out at 17 hrs. Really Great!!! No conditioner in the room, only soap and shampoo. |

Good Location, Bkst Services bright and friendly and good food. Good beds and lighting in room. Close to Good Attractions and city . Quiet but good access to city HVAC in room was poor - could not achieve comfortable temeratures |

the location of the hotel was ideal for driving to amsterdam and ease of parking etc. the fact that all the facilities in the hotel required extra payment to use, eg the gym and sauna facility was 25 euros for a single use. something that is normally complimentry in a 5 star hotel to guests!!!!! |

location near leidsplein. rooms are smaller but not tiny, superior rooms are of large size. The service in the lobby bar was poor and by inexperienced staff. |

very good location. close to bars resturants etc.. good value for money. hotel charge 18eur pp for brakfast while its very easy to find much cheaper brakfast just one step outside the hotel. they did charge me for using the phone in my room though i dialed a toll free number!! when i wanted to do a massage there was no one available. |

Hotel Location and facilities is good Cleaning , i have to ask to clean the room every single day which is make upset , i used to leave the room at 08:00 am and back at 03:00 pm and still room massy |

Every thing was good specially the help from the staff. It would be grate to have more brouchores for tourist attraction in the whole Netherland not only Amsterdam. |

location was very good staff on the weekend seemed to be less capable and/or anxious to help. Staff on Monday was much better |

comfort, friendliness, professionalism, all little extra's such as comb, sponges, toiletries, slippers, choice of pillow to suit needs. excellent! buffet breakfast outstanding. Hotel is the best i've ever stayed in. although they supply, tea and coffee facilities, i don't drink them, no hot chocolate was supplied. other than this could not fault. |
