Nydelig hotell rom med buede vinduer, men ikke rent nok. Svart møbler og bordflater fulle av støv. Lever ikke opp til sitt 5 stjerner. Det er mange andre hotell i Amsterdam som har bedre standar enn dette, til lavere pris. Bedre renhold, en som hjelper med bagasjen |

Short way to the city. Very good standard. Polite, helpful and nice staff I feel the breakfast was a bt expensive. As a student i feel I could get more for the money spent if we ate out. |

Surprise was, the free mini bar .... NH has a perfect location and good breakfast buffet. Room was rather small but nice and tidy. The key card for the door blocked a few times so I could not get into the lift and they had to 're-new' my key card 3 times in 2 days .... |

Clean, good location for sightseeing Breakfast was exhorbitantly priced (25 euros per person), small room, a lot of street noise, staff would not let us check in until the entire party, from two rooms, had arrived. |

I found everything up to the standards, fast check-in, professional staff, I had a couple of requests and they were deal with in no time, They speak many languages, which is a plus for people like my friends who didn´t speak english The room we were given had no views but it was very quiet! |

Good Location, Bkst Services bright and friendly and good food. Good beds and lighting in room. Close to Good Attractions and city . Quiet but good access to city HVAC in room was poor - could not achieve comfortable temeratures |

the location of the hotel was ideal for driving to amsterdam and ease of parking etc. the fact that all the facilities in the hotel required extra payment to use, eg the gym and sauna facility was 25 euros for a single use. something that is normally complimentry in a 5 star hotel to guests!!!!! |

location near leidsplein. rooms are smaller but not tiny, superior rooms are of large size. The service in the lobby bar was poor and by inexperienced staff. |

very good location. close to bars resturants etc.. good value for money. hotel charge 18eur pp for brakfast while its very easy to find much cheaper brakfast just one step outside the hotel. they did charge me for using the phone in my room though i dialed a toll free number!! when i wanted to do a massage there was no one available. |

Hotel Location and facilities is good Cleaning , i have to ask to clean the room every single day which is make upset , i used to leave the room at 08:00 am and back at 03:00 pm and still room massy |

Every thing was good specially the help from the staff. It would be grate to have more brouchores for tourist attraction in the whole Netherland not only Amsterdam. |
