The hotel is well located and the staff were helpful and kind. The hotel is possibly a bit overpriced but in general a good choice for a visit to Rotterdam. A small point but having to fill out the same information again (as given to Booking.com) at check-in - other hotels seem to have Booking.com's confirmation details to hand. |

Hotel is centrally located, clean. Breakfast is good and the room has a great view. I asked for a quite room and that is what I got. Rooms don't have an iron and ironing board. Sure it was no problem when I asked reception to send me one, but nowadays all rooms should have them. |

We had a very large room with a real King Size bed. The guy at the reception sent me in the wrong direction when I asked him the way. As I did had the impression he wasn't sure about what he was telling me I asked him for confirmation and I he knew the city. He claimed he did, but actually he didn't have a clue, and we lost 40minutes searching..... |

The trainee receptionist was very pleasant and polite. There was no bellboy to carry our suitcases down the stairs and she volunteered. Why was there no bellboy? The hotel was dirty and the reception area is very austere and unwelcoming as was the receptionist on duty. We had just come from the Ibis Amsterdam Central hotel where everything was perfect for the same price. |

Clean, modern, efficient hotel No free Wifi, and weak signal / slow speed in my room. Very old windows meaning that room temperature was quite low and outside noise was heard too much |

Staff were very professional and also friendly. Room was nice and big with good facilities for the business user. Breakfast was lovely, but expensive. Not the cheapest in Rotterdam. My experience was spoiled a little by my bed moving around the room as the wheels wouldnt lock ! Strategic use of a hotel towel cured this, but a decent hotel shouldnt have broken beds. |

I love the breakfast, the provide quite a lot of choice. The location is good, train station, and Cubic House is in walking distance, and it locates next to the shopping area. The hotel claimed to provide free wifi in hotel lobby, but no one can use it during my stay. The staff told us that it was the responsibilty of the Internet company to fix it, they cannot solve the problem. |

The hotel is in great location for visitors to the conference center De Doelen. The room is big as well. Internet costs money and breakfast is very expensive. Windows do not block noise from the street and street-work until 1am was very annoying. |

very good location near to train station and downtown; large room; helpfull stuff; quiet place access to the internet only in the lobby and limited to 30 minutes per person; internet in the room was charged; there was not a double bed but two seperate ones stikced together and were deviding from each other |

We felt very welcome. We were addressed in the two languages that we speak. The hotel spreads a calm around, and has a stunning hall way which makes one immediately feel at ease. |

The location was important, it is just a few (well maybe 10) minutes walk frpm the central station. The breakfast was very good. The breakfast was not served until 8, which was OK this time but usually I would need to go with an early train. |
