NH Atlanta Rotterdam Hotel    

Everything. 4 Start facilities at a relatively lesser rates. To top it, checking out late at 5 PM on Sunday - is an excellent convenience which the hotel has added. Value for Money, is best suitable for this Hotel.

The Chinese restaurant on Ground floor

Great location in the middle of city and very near to train station. Very comfortable room and beds. Mini fridge came in handy for drinks, etc.

Bathtub was much higher than the floor causing some concern.

The reception staff tried hard to resolve an issues

Clean, comfortable hotel with helpful staff. Very central, close to shops and restaurants.

Breakfast was an additional charge and quite expensive. A basic continental breakfast included in the price of the room would have been better..

We came here for the marathon and although the hotel was extrememly busy the service did not suffer. Staff were verty friendly and attentive and we had a fantastic room on the top floor with great views of the city. Ideal location for start and finished of the marathon and rest of the city and will definetly be back for a more relaxed weekend next time.

It was very clean.

Well for 120 Euro per night I would expect to have a steady temperature of water in the shower. The rooms are very dark, the windows are small and there is not enough lights in it. The hotel staff came inside my room while there was a 'I'm in the room' sign and I was in the shower. It's not a bad hotel it just doesn't worth the amount of money I paid for it.

Staff were amazing and very accommodating. Made our start of the trip very good and happy. The beds were very comfortable.

Carpet was a little old and stained but not too bad

Confusing layout

I received fantastic customer service during my recent stay at the NH Rotterdam. Unfortunately I fell ill during my stay and the staff could not have been more supportive: from the front desk who delayed my check out to the catering who offered to bring me soup. I am a regular guest at NH Hotels and my recent experience proves why keep coming back.

Although we were a large group on business trip the Manager refuse to credit the pre-paid room of one member that didn't show up, to another member of the group, resulting to pay in vain. Consider it twice when booking. Anyhow there are other Hotels in the area as well.

I got a very old room with very old windows and very poor isolation from the outside so it felt like sleeping on the street. When I tryed to put the heating on the wall controls there was a sign that said only for cooling so I assumed it was the A/C. The room was cold.

The bathroom looked better than the room itself, which was ok, but a bit out of date.

Great location just opposite the World Trade Centre, 10 min walk from Centraal train station. Friendly staff. Overall I'd recommend the hotel.

Our room had a single bed - not just a smaller double bed; a single bed. This was quite disappointing but otherwise I enjoyed our stay.
