早めに着いたが１２時でも部屋を提供して頂いた。２人で予約（料金）したが結果１名の宿泊のためか朝食無し- タイプ予約だがバウチャーを頂いた。こうしたちょっとした気遣いがリピートに繋がるまさにサービスでしょう- 。但し、チェックイン時のスタッフ次第かもしれませんが。 |

丸1週間の滞在でした。スタッフの対応が丁寧で明るく、気持ちよく滞在させていただきました。 禁煙室でしたが、部屋がとてもタバコ臭かった。苦手な人には厳しいかもしれません。あと、シャワー室の排水- 溝が詰まり、お湯がなかなか抜けませんでした。 |

ＮＨホテルはブリュッセルでも利用したことがあり、雰囲気が良かったので、ロッテルダムでも宿泊することに- しました。駅からも近くて、とても快適でした。 |

close to the train station the internet connection, whether taking the business connection or the family one, it was basically non-existent. Ridiculous. Never had that in a hotel that asks fro 125€/night. Then the room was cold, although turned heating to maximum. There was no air conditionning, just a radiator, but still it was cold. Paper-wall scratched in more than one place and very dirty and dusty towards the ceiling. The bathroom was great, but bigger than half the room! What was the need for that? Plus, it was very cold. |

Poor "tricky" service, I had received a breakfast voucher but the breakfast had been charged at 19 EUR per person. Although I had been staying alone as Single in a Double Room (which I had reconfirmed at check-in) the hotel charged me the breakfast twice (as for a Double Room) ! While the room itself was ok, I am not going to stay there ever again ! |

The location was good. I am very unhappy the way I feel we were tricked into paying nearly an extra €80 for breakfast. We were given vouchers when we checked in which we assumed was because breakfast was included but when we checked out we were told it was €19 each for breakfast each day. If we knew that we would have eaten somewhere else as it definately was not worth that much money, we should have been told it was not included in the price. I am very unhappy at how rude the staff were also when we asked about it. |

I was given breakfast vouchers when I arrived, which led me to beleive breakfast was included. Hah, they then charged me 57euros.I was not happy, will not use this hotel again. Also tried to charge to my account something I had paid in cash for and questioned me on it. Not good. Please see above.I do not like money taken from my account without my express permission, not do I like being charged for things already paid for. Otherwise OK |

The hotel is situated in the very centre, which makes it suitable and confortable for sightseeing. I did not like the bathroom, especially the shower, as well the bed was not suitable for evening reading, as it was rolling from the wall when leaning with the back to it. |

The vsituation in the middle of Rotterdam is very convenient for shopping, visiting a museum etc It was rather hot in Rotterdam and the first night we had a room without airco, so we had to open the window with all the noise of a big city |

Hotel is located opposite World Trade Centre and is within walking distance to Rotterdam Central Train Station, tram station, shopping area & eating outlets Room was a bit small (though still comfortable) & lights were dim. Could have more lights in the room. |

Proximity to Trade Center and central Rotterdam. Everything was fine except that the rate for internet access was unreasonably high. In fact, the lack of free access would likely make me look for a hotel where internet access was included as part of th rate. |
