NH Atlanta Rotterdam Hotel  

酒店位置不错，在市中心，去哪里比较方便。服务人员挺好，给我们升级到了LUXSURY的房间。

大床房的饭店很少，给我们的房间是两张床并在一起的，不给力。另外，洗澡水忽冷忽热，2天都是这样，让人有- 点郁闷。其次就是上不了网，到楼下上网的话，是半小时就要换个CODE，很麻烦。

Location

On the second night we could not get access to the room. We returned to the repection desk to be told that we had to pay the bill in full. There reason was that they did not have any information on me. I told them that they had both my credit card number and home address. This is the first time that I have ever been treated like someone that would do a runner without paying the pill. At no time did they tell us that we would have to pay before the last night of stay. This ruined the weekend for my wife. We even gave them a deposit on the first night as requested. Also when we booked in they told us that our room was not available and that they gave us a upgrade. When we entered the room we found 2 single beds instead of the double bed which I had booked. So much for the upgrade. I would not stay at this hotel again and have told all my work friends about this.

Room was as good, if not better than my normal one at the Hilton.....

40 euros extra for breakfast?.....I don't think so !!

I liked the convience,cleanliness and warmth of the hotel. The Christmas decorations were also very tasteful.

The room and bathroom were spotless The staff were extemely helpful and friendly. The breakfast room was bright and spacious with a very good selection - no greasy food - lot of options. A good sense of caring for the environment - and people in it I would definately look for another NH hotel in future trips

No milk in room for tea/coffee a map highlighting areas of interest - how to travel there tv video limited did not suit us

Bloody expensive breakfast, staff tries to talk you into it and bill you for it even if you have not bought it. Check your receipt twice. Internet access costly and mediocre.

Internet did not work room was not as clean as it could be remote controle (tv) dit not work

Perfect location, near the central train station, near shopping street and near the museums. Very clean and staff is very fliendly. They keep you lugguage before check-in and after check-out for free, that is perfect for early arrivals and late departures.

Location is great. The seagul was coming to the window in the mornings and became a good friend for us.

The tv was working bad. Sugar was not a real sugar, which is a shame cuz I doubt that it's that expensive that they can't afford a normal one.

Friendly and helpful staff. Art Deco foyer. Large and comfortable room. Very central location.

The Location was excellent. The staff were very attentative and accomodating. I would most certainly reccomend this hotel to family, friends and work colleagues alike. I am looking to visit Rotterdam next year and will most certainly be staying at NH Atlanta again. Two Thumbs up form me.

Room is a bit small. Facilities are old and lights are too dark. The value is mot worthwhile.
