Location and staff were both good. Well perhaps because there were no space we got room for smokers. Quite strong smoke there. Surprice was breakfast price, 25€. Surprice was also room prices according price during reservation. The other room was double and the other couple of tens. |

Location was good. Also bed arrangements were as requested. The breakfast price (25 eur) was too high. The housekeeping personnel were very rude. The sheets were dirty and were never changed - the cleaner just turned the blankets upsidedown. Also, after we requested for a late check-out on our last day (Sunday), it was very unpleasant to be waken up by the cleaning personnel, entering the room before 9 am (on a Sunday!). |

My room was upgraded to a suite on the 5th floor, which had the most amazing view!!! Brilliant hotel, would stay there again. |

The hotel is very nice located near the Central station. The hotel is also very nice (facilities, clean,etc). It is probably quite expensive for the services you get (199 Euros without breakfast). |

Location to city centre and Centraal Station. Everything was easily accessible. Close to trams, shops, eating places, pubs the Dam and the usual tourist attractions, including those with coloured lights :) No. We were really impressed. |
