sono stato poco in hotel ma come 5 stelle mi sarei aspettato di più. forse perchè ero in una camera in offerta non ho trovato niente di particolare. |

la posizione l'albergo era veramente decadente, la nostra camera era sporca e con mobili scheggiati in tutte le sue parti, anche glki ascensori erano da restaurare. La poltrona della camera era piena di macchuie d'unto, una vera desolazione. non capisco come possa mantenere una qualifica di quattro stelle |

La posizione dell'hotel è centralissima, è pulito e le camere sono ampie. nulla di grave: ma non ho gradito che alla fine del soggiorno mi erano state attribuite 2 colazioni che non avevo effettuato per un costo di 50 euro. la stessa cosa si è verificata ad altri clienti. Fortunatamente ce ne siamo accorti. |

Quiet, clean, big room & comfortable hotel next to the centre of the city and only a few meters away from the central station ! Air conditioning system should work according to the customers preferences! The room was cold during the night! |

the concierge: when we entered the hotel for the first time, my partner urgently needed the toilet. So he asked where he could find the toilet, and the concierge anserwered bluntly, "in your room". he was probably assuming that we where no hotel guests overthere. Half an hour later i went to the concierge desk to ask for my mobile phone which was still in my car. the concierge was busy, ignored me completely, even without saying that he was busy. he just went away. As a platinum member with marriott i was benchmarking NH. my conclusion is that i will remain with marriott |

Location. It meant I could check out in the morning and walk the 100m to the Amrath to stay in a proper 5 star the next 2 nights. This is the most overated, (5 Star), hotel in Amsterdam. It would make it as a budget 3 star if it was lucky. |

It's simply a comfortable and centrally located hotel 45 eur for a parking is quite expensive. Don't expect design rooms; for a 5* they could put a bit more work in design and charm to differentiate from standard business hotel rooms |

It was conviently located and used by the Vantage Travel staff prior to our Rhine River Cruise. Breakfast was very expensive so we went to an outside cafe to eat. |

The price is incredibly high for the quality and service ... This hotel is like a 2 stars at the price of a 5 stars L ... First mistake is to book the "DeLuxe Room", which cost 30% higher and which is exactly the same than the others (I saw this with one of my friend taking a standard room) then you can hear your same floor neighboor cleaning his teeth and your above neighbour when he moves in his bed ... As a gift you can receive also the music of the bar below through the air conditionning system ....The hotel service is also very bad, they took my friend's luggage without telling him and leaving all other stuff in the room, so he thought somebody stole his stuff... And after they were not even escusing themselves .Just go away from this |

The accomodation was well below the standard of a 5 star hotel and for the cost was poor value for money. I would not stay their again |

the size of the room was much larger than a standard european hotel. it was similar to a US hotel room size. the rooms could use a remodel soon. the structure is beautiful. room decor doesn't reflect the outside of the building or the lobby. it still is a great hotel!! |

Really friendly staff, great location right opposite the main train station and city centre. The hotel is also in a great spot for the local bars and nightlife. Would definitely recommend this hotel Lighting too bright in the bathroom. |

It is central. The room was a good size. The concierge was v helpful. I was v disappointed with the hotel. It used to be a special place when we stayed there 7-8years ago. Nothing has changed. Needs renovation - upgradation desperately.Rooms are bare- the ambiance is not 5 star more like 3 star rooms. Sheets, comforters, pillows need replacement, they are very utilitarian - not luxurious- The lighting in the room is poor.The i net facility was faulty - reception couldnt help. We paid for 24 hours but it stopped working at 12 noon. The hotel gave us complimentary coupons for 15 mins - but they did not work .The bathroom - the sink and tub both werent draining normally - water was standing and draining slowly. Frankly I wouldnt stay there again for a holiday, maybe for a business trip - since its so central |
