Location and easy-goingness of staff. The noise on the street in the afternoon. Even with windows locked, some sound could be heard,,, well my ear plugs came in handy. |

Great location and a good base of operations. in the middle of Rembrandtplein, literally right next to numerous bars and clubs. There is a tram stop right outside which is also very useful for getting around. No free breakfast |

The staff were very friendly and efficient and the location just couldnt be any better. the only thing (and it didnt affect my stay at all) was that I would have had to go across the square to NH Schiller for breakfast. While its not far I was less inclined to go there, as once I was out and about I went futher afield for breakfast. Had it been downstairs in my hotel i would probably have had breakfast there. |

Very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean room with excellent facilities. Overall a great hotel in a great central location :) The room was very warm even when set on the lowest possible temperature so we slept with the windows open which did make it rather noisy. |

A Tram station in front of the hotel. check-in is at 2pm, we arrived at 10am and already got our room. near the hotel: shopping streets, restaurants, clubs, coffee shops. modern furnitures, nice and clean room. The wood plate on the bathtub wasnt fix, we could see everything under the bathtub. a few black marks (maybe a marker) on the wall and ceiling. i asked for pay-tv, they told me its not working because its a flatscreen tv! (cant see the problem here, flat tv or not!) |

I have stayed at this hotel about 10 times in the last couple of years, it is clean and conveniently placed. I have stayed at the Caransa on several occasions and can see the difference. The chamber-maid never left essentials so I had to ask the reception every day in order for them to be left, these included shampoo, toilet paper ,tea and coffee etc. There were occasions when the water was not hot enough. |

The location was excellent! We were withing walking distance of almost all of the major sites. The staff was very helpful, and we found the room clean and comfortable. Free wi-fi would have been a nice touch. |

central location and interior style A 4 star rated hotel in such a central position should have suitable sound proofing/ double glazing. The location is the attraction but it is also a disadvantage if sleeping becomes interupted by outside noise. |
