Friendly staff. Great location. We requested a room with a view of the city. We were allocated room 601 which was excellent. It is on the top floor on the corner. Great view of the city and the main square below. The tram stop is right outside the hotel entrance and both the number 9 and 14 are frequent and take you to Dam Square, Central Station. The trams are a great way to travel around the city and you can buy tickets at Central Station. It costs 15.50 euro per person for 3 days. The square at the hotel is very lively with a great atmosphere. Food and drink is a little more expensive than other areas but we ate there several times. You can walk from the hotel to Dam Sqaure in 10 minutes with the tram taking less than 5. We ate one night at the floating Chinese restaurant near to Central Station. Wow, it was fantastic so please try. We love Amsterdam.

The square can be a little noisy at night due to trams and bars but this was not a problem for us, that is was you expect in the heart of city life.

The location was perfect, just in the heart of amsterdam in a square full of bars and restaurants and close to everything... We were given a room with a double bed as we had asked for. The staff was nice.

Room was small, the floor was not cleaned not even once during oyr stay there and we stayed for 5 nights!!

Hi,The hotel location is absolutely perfect,it's close to all the places that i've planned to go,

You access the internet in the lobby for free but it's not free in your room,and thge lobby internet voucher expires every 30 minutes and you have got to reenter a new access code every half an hour,and they charge me 35 euro extra for tax's that they had'nt mention it before

Widows are not properly sound proofed so it was very noisy as there is tram station just out side of hotel

Localização privilegiada na Praça Rembrandt e próximo às principais atrações da cidade. Funcionários atenciosos e excelente cafe da manha.

Um pouco de barulho por conta de obras e passagem do trem / transporte municipal.

Ho soggiornato durante il periodo pasquale, ci è stata assegnata camera standard 6° piano, bella vista. Hotel confortevole, dalla stazione centrale ci si arriva con il tram n°9,la fermata è di fronte all'hotel. Personale gentile e diponibile, non parlano l'italiano.Posizione interessante, ci si muove a piedi lungo I canali altrimenti presenti varie linee di tram. Intorno ci sono tanti locali di varie etnie,c'è l'imbarazzo della scelta.Avevamo solo il pernottamento, per la 1 colazione potete andare da Hema, è un supermercato a 100mt dall'hotel dove si trova anche per uno spuntino veloce e conveniente. Ci ritornerei!

Un hotel moderno y práctico. Maravilloso que en fin de semana te dejen utilizar la habitación hasta las 17h sin cargo adicional. Lo tendrian que hacer todos los hoteles!!!
