Nice and clean environement. It's location. It is far from the down town and not suitable for tourists. It is mainly a hotel meant for airline staff.

The staff really make this Hotel... they are excellent. I chose this Hotel for location having stayed for many years at far more expensive Centeral Hotels... I am so glad I have found this hidden gem.

The free shuttle bus more than makes up for the lack of wi-fi in the rooms but in this day an age, free wi fi in the rooms is a must. Beautiful hotel and great location. Very helpful american chap when checking in on november 17th. Beautiful rooms and hotel and cleaning service are great and very comfortable The bus driver on saturday had a bus full of people and refused to leave for 15 minutes even though the previous bus had just pulled in and went straight back out the door again. The hotel is 5km not 2km as stated on booking.com the hotel is 20 minute walk not 8 from the ferry.

Very polite and helpful staff, hotel was also peaceful and the rooms were very comfortable We requested a smoking room and emailed ahead a week in advance to make sure we got one as this was one of the main reasons we choose this hotel but when we checked in, we were told the only smoking rooms they had left were with a double bed which was of no use to me and my friend

We booked to stay here as a last minute thing. Easy2book.com had cancelled our room & didnt inform us so we arrived in amsterdam with nowere to stay. Family back home booked this 4 us online and we cudnt have wished 4 better. It was our 1st wedding anniversary and we were upgraded to a superior suite. Ab fab. The staff were so friendly, giving us complimentary drinks and chocolates. The hotel is not central but has a complimentary shuttle ev day. Food in restaurant is lovely. Overall a wonderful hotel, would recommend& would def stay again.

Nice staff, nice big and clean room. Good quality for the money, free shuttle to the center until 23,30. We came back at 3am with a taxi from rembrandtplain for 13Euros. The hotel was great. Location

Nice location not in the overcrowded center but wirth wery convenient free transfer to the city. Possible place for free parking nearby the hotel! Quiet and comfortable place. Las day of stay unexpectly we found in our room extra bed. Electronic keys became unworking twice so we needed to exchange them in the lobby.

The staff in this hotel is excellent! Really helpfull! Specially the front desk staff and if you have any questions/problems ask for the lady manager of the front desk, she is the best and Will always help you ( Elena ) Bar was closed little early

every thing is excellent. but one thing ... they don't have an emergecy doctor in the hotel. my daughter was very ill, they told me that if you call a doctor coming need to pay Euro 150.00, not doctor in the hotel. We all love the hotel will stay there again next holiday if they had an emergency doctor there.

La taille de la chambre, le concept de navette vers le centre-ville, le parking privé gratuit. Le prix du petit déjeuner, le service de navette qui se termine trop tôt, le personnel de nuit de la réception, l'impossibilité d'obtenir un oreiller "flat"...

Vriendelijkheid en hulpvaardigheid van het personeel. Gratis parkeerplaats aanwezig. Openbaar vervoer (bushalte) op een paar honderd meter afstand. Tot 2x toe in achtereenvolgende weken bleek er geen afstandsbediening van de tv op de kamer aanwezig te zijn. De ene week lag er wat fruit in de kamer, terwijl in de andere week totaal niets aanwezig was.
