Very confortable room. No bus service to Amsterdam, which had been advertised. Also, no WiFi available. Food in restaurant was very expensive. |

I liked the fact that the hotel was outside the city centre, and at the same time near the centre. It was quite. Not very good room service-cleaning of the room. There was no shuttle bus even though when we booked the hotel it was written that there would be a shuttle bus. They said that the hotel would close so they could not afford the shuttle bus, so we were obliged to rent a means of transportation and use the public transportation. |

The staff was very helpful and friendly and really made an effort to ensure that my friends and I got around Amsterdam safely, efficiently, and at a low cost. They were also very good about directing us to areas with many restaurants and attractions. The beds were quite comfortable, and the rooms nicely appointed as well. Some of the staff did not speak English well, which led to some confusion during our stay. This culminated in a mistake during our check out where one of the staff members checked us out of the wrong room. |

Buona l'ubicazione, ottimo per la disponibilità del parcheggio gratuito. Purtroppo non abbiamo potuto usufruire della navetta gratuita per il centro città perchè il tunnel era chiuso per lavori; comunque con pochi minuti a piedi e il ferry si raggiunge facilmente la stazione centrale. Dalla camera abbiamo potuto godere di un bellissimo tramonto sulla città. |

Bra hotell, rent och ordentligt. Bra fitnessrum. Vi betalade för dubbelrum men det verkade mer vara ett stort enmansrum. Sängen 140 bred bara och där var dessutom bara en sänglampa så vi är nog ganska säkra på att det var ett anmansrum trots att personalen påstod motsatsen. Det andra rummet vi hade i familjen var bra och rejält, ett riktigt dubbelrum.Lite långt avstånd till city. Vägarbete gjorde att där inte gick någon buss från hotellet till stan. Man fick istället gå en dryg km, genom ett ganska trist förortsområde, till en båt som tog en till stationen. Frukosten för 19 euro var OK men inte riktigt värd priset. |

ruhige Lage, großes Zimmer, Kinderfreudlichkeit Der Service im Hotel ist nicht optimal. Als wir ein Frühstück im Zimmer bestellen wollten, hat man uns gebeten, doch lieber am normalen Frühstück am Buffet teilzunehmen. Wegen einer Baustelle konnte der Shuttle-Bus leider nicht verkehren. Dies hätte man den Gästen vorher mitteilen sollen. Wir hatten dieses Hotel in erster Linie wegen des kostenlosen Shuttles ausgewählt. Die Minibar im Zimmer war leer. |

Personnel à l'écoute et efficace. Chambre échangée de suite après réclamations concernant la propreté, la climatisation inefficace et bruyante. Lit xxl parfait. Très mal positionné en ce moment car gros travaux sur les routes aux alentours. Au lieu des 3 Km à parcourir pour arriver au centre, prévoyez env. 16 Km en faisant des détours. Gps indispensable pour arriver au centre ville. |

Nao gostei do hotel.O hall de entrada e a passagem para o elevador estavam muitos sujos os dois dias que fiquei.Tivemos que pedir varia vezes para arrumar o quarto e o mesmo foi arrumado somente as 18 horas do dia que acordamos.Voces prometeram um serviòo de Vam para levar na Central Stattion e o hotel nao tinha esse serviço.Nao recomendarei esse hotel para ninguem.Foi o pior serviço do Booking desde que comecei me hospedar com voces. L accès à l'hotel se faisait via un tunnel qui était en travaux donc énorme perte de temps et d'argent pour finalement trouver l hotel. Cet hotel offrait des navettes gratuites pour rejoindre le centre d'Amsterdam mais le tunnel étant en travaux il n'y avait plus de navettes.Très décevant quand on choisit l'hotel pour cet avantage,surtout quand on ne passe que 1jour sur place.La moindre des choses étant de le signaler sur le site! |

La tranquillità del sito e la buona disponibilità dei parcheggi. La mancata informazioni da parte dello staff su servizi esistenti (peraltro pagati in aggiunta), come il servizio navetta per il centro di Amsterdam; e che non si parla italiano. |

Le parking gratuit alors qu'il faut compter 30 à 50€ par jour en général dans Hamsterdam Levé un matin tard, à 10h à la récéption, on m'informe que le petit bus pour aller prendre le ferry pour central station (tout est gratuit) sera à 12h et qu'il n'y en a pas en milieu de journée ! |

Das gute war der Shuttlebus zu den Fähren Amsterdams, um ins Stadtzentrum zu kommen. Die kostenfreien Parkplätze für Amsterdem ein Novum. Doch eigentlich setze ich sowas vorraus. Die Aufmerksamkeit der Mitarbeiter. Zusätzlich gebuchte Frühstücks am Abend zuvor waren nicht registriert. Beim checkout musste man "stundenlang" warten, denn die verantwortliche Mitarbeiterin musste nebenbei noch den Weckruf durchführen. Ordnung und Sauberkeit der Zimmer ließen zu wünschen übrig. Rausgerissene Steckdosen machten auch nicht den Eindruck von Sicherheit. |

アムス中央駅までの交通手段がとても便利。シャトルバスでフェリー乗り場まで行き、そこからフェリーで約5- 分。シャトルバスも乗ったらすぐに出発してくれるので便利。 部屋の洗面所が水漏れしてました。 |

Nada especialmente. La aventura de llegar al hotel. Hay que cambiar el nombre, por ejemplo: Copenhague Sur, Estocolmo Sur, Helsinki Sudoeste...Pensé que ya no estaba en A'dam. Conocía Amsterdam. Creí que el hotel estaba al lado de la Estación y céntrico. Perdí una hora en el coche buscándolo...Lo elegí por el parking gratuito. El servicio de buses, bien, pero...NUNCA Volvere al hotel que además es español y no habla español. |
