Everyone can enter to the hotel during the night, no security, nobody at the front office. The rooms is old and dirty. the bed is old. The bar is overpriced ! to avoid ! They don't read the information you give them during the reservation. They just don't care about the guest. When you make a reservation trough booking.com, they catch your email and made a subscription to their loyalty program and then, they spam you. It is completly forbidden. It is unrespect of the guest !

We were lodged in the smoking room while I insisted on the non-smoking one during the booking procedure. Fortunately, we were moved to the non- smoking room after my husband been persuading the receptionist for 15 min. To do it. Also, one can see with the naked eye that the hotel needs the renovation badly.

Quality of breakfast buffet is excellent. On Sundays, option to have breakfast until 12:00 and to checkout until 17:00 is simply fantastic, very good value for customers!

I chose this one as within the city it was the only one that had free carpark advertised. Had other hotels added that they had car park available, I would have chosen another one, more central. Pool and gym facilities were ok My room was very old and basic, furniture very damaged, not very pleasant. When I arrived at the hotel, everything was made to increase my charge. A big sign at the entrance mentioned upgrade for 15Euro and it shows underneath the room upgrade, the breakfast etc... but when I ask to be upgraded, I was only offered a better room, I still had to pay 17Euro for breakfast, and 15Euro for Wifi. For my whole stay in Europe, this hotel was the worse I had and close to be the most expensive one.

Price, location, good communication with highway ... One remark: breakfast should offering bit more choices and should keep reffils on Saturdays even after 10:00 am (since You serving till 11:00 am). Food was ok but not choices and reffills (not replaced).

Close to motorway, very convenient for overnight stay en route without noise. Good facilities at very reasonable rates. Staff extremely friendly, checking in/out very simple. Will use again.

The rooms are really clean and the staff is prompt. The beds are extremely comfortable and the fact that you can choose a particular type of pillow you would like to sleep on is a plus. It would have been even better if we wouldn't have had to pay extra for an internet connexion in the room.

The location is absolute excellent - close to highway, business centre and 10 minutes drive to the centre of Eindhoven. The breakfast was excellent - prima!!! A huge variety of tv channels are also available (unlike most other hotels in the Netherlands). We also loved seeing the farm animals from the hotel window. We would stay at nh Geldrop again next year!!

Breakfast was very good and tasty. And beds in the room were very comfortable. The room wasn't very clean, and the bathroom was awfully dirty, we've found plenty of pubic hair in the bath. The toilet was disgusting like it wasn't cleaned after the other guests and sink as well. It was very loudly and we didn't sleep well and our baby as well.

I have stayed at the hotel beforeand at its sister hotel in Gent, and always find that I get excellent service, quality accommodation and at a very reasonable rate. I would thoroughly recommend NH Hotels.

This is a modern hotel which is probably best suited to short stays. The extensive choice at breakfast was incredible. We were disappointed at the standard of cleanliness and maintenance in our room. For example, the room had not been fully vacuumed, and while the bedlinen was spotless, there were some holes in the sheet. As I drew to the attention of the receptionist on departure, one of the lamps was missing a bulb. The kettle needed to be replaced. There were 2 holes in the wall above the bed which had been roughly filled, but remained to be finished and painted. All in all, a reasonable hotel let down by simple poor maintenance.
