Ekstrem sentralt beliggenhet med nærhet til det aller meste en har lyst til å gjøre i en storby.Hyggelig personale. Baren var for borthjemt burde vært i tilknyttning til hall/rwspesjon |

location was excellent and the bar/tea room was reasonably attractive, but value for money was very poor. Rooms, lifts,facilities generally need updating urgently. Staff were overwhelmed by the number of guests! |

The hotel is calm, the rooms are comfortable, the television excellent with easy access to all the progrmas. All functioned very well. The access to some of the rooms is far, confusing and complicated.The prices at the bar are exorbitant.! |

The location and the breakfast open puffet, It was a good place to stay but to be honest I am not going back there,The great about it is just the Location. The services and the cleanliness of my room,plus they charged me over what i used from the mini bar cause the room service was too lazy to check the bar everyday |

The location is the best feature of this hotel. They also have HDTV with a lot of international channels. Comfort of the beds are horrible. The bed mattress are too soft. The pillows are 2 high. They don't have king bed but 2 twins beds together and even the sheets are separate for each bed. The shower water temperature is not consistent (change to burning or cold in less then 1 second). I upgraded my room to a suite in the Royal wing expecting a lot better but same problem in both rooms. The first room has not water pressure at all. Not a bad hotel. Would be an amazing one if they would fix all the problems but right now for the price you pay, there's a lot of better hotel in Amsterdam. |

location is great! Apparently they have 2 sections - I got unfortunate and stayed in the section which resembled a time warp to the eighties, when the hotel last invested in the room - major disappointed. |

Good location, right on Dam Square I stayed here once before and had a nice large room, this time they put me in a tiny little corner; I saw a mouse in my room! |

Its position as a strategic central location within walking distance of most facilities:Central Station,Shopping area,Crowded central square,restaurants etc... Our Check-in was scheduled at 3:00P.M. It was delayed 30 minutes,then 30 other minutes,then 30 other minutes till 5:00P.M.Also Elevator Number 5 was two crowded and always busy,Each time I had to wait 5 minutes till it arrives.Once i took the stairs with some other guests and once we reached the ground floor,there was no door and we ended up in the basements where we were supposed to break an emergency glass to open the sealed door !!! |

Best location for site-seeing, right at the heart of Amsterdam. Three-bed room was decent. If you like to walk around town without needing a ride back this is the ideal spot. Room was looking at a back-street that was too noisy at night (and the toilet was quite weird, they need to refurbish urgently). |

The atmosphere,the central position. 1)Bad smell on the corridor leading to my room. 2)Not enough light on the room.3) I had to find out myself that there was a special price for the breakfast;the girl checking the room numbers at breakfast did not mention anything and when I mentioned this to her she reacted irritated.4) Parking: the automat did not accept bank notes,only credit cards.I had to pay 100Euro while I had not stayed 2x24 hrs but much shorter. 5) Misleading system of mini bar use registration. |
