Otel restore edilmemis eski tarafi ve yenilenms tarafi ile hizmet veriyor. Biz restore edilmis yerde kaldik oda fena degildi.

Otel çalışanları daha kapıdan girdiğimiz noktada ilgilenmeye güleryüz göstermeye ve yardımcı olmaya çabaladılar.Otel cidden tertemiz pırıl pırı.Herşey yepyeni.Hatta biz apartment kısmındaki suit apartta kaldık ve cidden hayran olduk.Odada yok yoktu ve resmen kendi evimizde gibi hissettik.Sanki herkes yardımcı olmak için yarış halindeydi.Ben yurt dışı seyahatlerimde çok sayıda yerde ve otelde kaldım ancak içlerinde en başarılısıydı diyebilirim.Ve heryere yürüme mesafesi şehrin kalbinde yer alıyor.Kesinlikle ama kesinlikle öneriyorum ve Buradan bütün otel çalışanlarına teşekkür etmek istiyorum.Ve bu oteli bulmamıza olanak sağlayan Booking.com a da kocaman bir teşekkür.Bu sayede müthiş güzel ve keyifli bir seyahat yaşadık.Teşekkürlerrrrrr

The Hotel location was in the center of Amsterdam which was very convinient for me.

it was like three or four buildings stitched together which made it unconfortable to get to the room which was way in the last building.

The location is the best feature of this hotel. They also have HDTV with a lot of international channels.

Comfort of the beds are horrible. The bed mattress are too soft. The pillows are 2 high. They don't have king bed but 2 twins beds together and even the sheets are separate for each bed. The shower water temperature is not consistent (change to burning or cold in less then 1 second). I upgraded my room to a suite in the Royal wing expecting a lot better but same problem in both rooms. The first room has not water pressure at all. Not a bad hotel. Would be an amazing one if they would fix all the problems but right now for the price you pay, there's a lot of better hotel in Amsterdam.
