The location with its proximity to the city centre. The beds are comfortable. The reception staff was efficient, but unsmiling. The bathroom fixtures are unusual and confusing, from the square toilet to the shower controls (either boiling hot or ice cold). Parking is a fair distance away in an underground garage. The breakfast is overpriced at 16.50 € per person (we ate somewhere else). The view from the room window is depressing. |

Close to the city No parking available, no refrigirator or mini-bar on the room. Too expensive breakfast. Wrong information concerning parking costs. |

This hotel is modern and located near the city center. The hotel has no parking. I had to use the University/Hospital public parking. |

The staff were excellent, particularly the reception staff. As Brits abroad, we were at a bit of a loss about travelling back to Schiphol but the receptionist worked out a route, printed it off, organised a taxi for the following morning, and also booked us a late restaurant reservation. I can't remember receiving such polite hospitality in my own country! There was nothing to dislike. NH Hoteles seem to have the right balance of exceptional staff, stylish hotels and a good reputation. |

The very modern bathroom needs a short description about cold & hot water, and the 2 optional showers.. The towl rack is somewhat misplaced. But otherwise, all OK !!! |

We use the hotel as a base for the motorcycle racing at Assen. It is close(20kms approx) central within the town, and easily accessed by road. |

The hotel is clean and comfortable in a very accessible location. The staff is very helpful and courteous. |

The city is lovely. The hotel is a comfortable walk to the centre. The room was comfortable. The staff was not very friendly or helpful. |

Free weekend parking. Easy walking distance to city centre. Different pillow choice was also nice. Mattress was old and needed replacing. Generally, rooms needed to be refreshed. |

Friendly staff, interesting idea to offer various types of pillows..... It is in Groningen ;-( [the hotel cannot help that]. Apart from that the hotel has very little that makes it special in any way, it is rather standard. |

Na uitpakken van onze bagage blijkt overgordijn niet te sluiten wegens slechte ophanging. We moeten verhuizen naar nadere kamer! De aankleding van het restaurant, dekken van de tafels, is wel erg schamel.Er blijkt tekort aan bediening. De informatie over het tarief, zoals over de tijdsduur daarvan, van de parkeergarage is onduidelijk. |
