Friendly staff, interesting idea to offer various types of pillows..... It is in Groningen ;-( [the hotel cannot help that]. Apart from that the hotel has very little that makes it special in any way, it is rather standard. |

Nice little presents for our kids -- made us feel welcome. Comfortable beds. Breakfast was great, lots of choice, very fresh. Friendly, helpful personnel. |

A very relaxing stay at this hotel, staff were excellent and very helpful in every way. When we come back to Holland it will be a pleasure to stay at this hotel again. |

Clean room, great breakfast, convenient location to medical center. I had originally made a reservation for 2 nights. Later, I called and added a third night to the reservation and received a confirmation number. However, when I arrived at the hotel, the reservation was only for two nights, leaving me scrambling to find a place to stay for the third night. |
