Convenient for business in the area. Walking distance to shops and station for Amsterdam. Restaurant serves good food. Restaurant is expensive. Hotel internal decor is rather tired in places. |

Good location for us. Quiet. Excellent breakfast.Good service. Everything was too counted: two tea bags, two sugars, etc. No flowers in rather empty lobby unusual in Holland). Outside doesn't look too inviting. Food was good but all bar snacks were for a group of people - nothing for one or two. |

Nathalie was friendly and actually made my stay. The hotel was very quiet no where does it tell you how difficult it is to find the hotel due to major roadworks. My room was not cleaned one day and the next the bathroom was left un touched. The service in the garden was non existent |

The rooms are well equipped and the bed was extremely comfortable. Due to the major roadworks outside the hotel, access is difficult to say the least. I don't know whether it was this or the fact that it was a Sunday night which caused the hotel to be like a ghost-ship, but there were very few guests. As a result the management had obviously decided to slash the number of staff on duty, and this meant that the main hotel bar was closed. Instead, if you wanted a drink, you had to sit in a featureless restaurant area and had to wait for the receptionist to be free to come across and serve. |

The breakfast was really great. The restaurant and front desk staff was very nice and professional. I had several appetizers in the lobby and they were wonderful. Rooms need updating. I had to remove dust from the hairdryer to get it to work well. Fan in bathroom ceiling was dirty. Walls around the tub had soapresidue on them and felt rough. Phone cord in the room was broken en kept unplugging the phone. I had to ask them 4 times for washcloths. Some items were no longer stocked in the minibar, but still on the list. |

Zeer ontevreden over de rokers bij de ingang. s'Nachts 01.30 uur nog wakker geworden door een tiental jongeren die kennelijk met veel plezier hun sigaret buiten rookten. Kamer 203 kunt U zo niet aan Uw klanten aanbieden. Stoep bezaaid met peuken. Wilt U deze klacht als formele klacht doorsturen? Verder alles goed, ook de prijs/kwaliteit van de kamer. Ontbijt te duur. |

De rust op de gangen en de locatie; dichtbij een station om snel naar A'dam te reizen en verder vlakbij leuke dorpjes als Laren, Blaricum, Muiden etc. |

Dass man sich die Kissen aussuchen kann. Dass der Fernseher nicht richtig funktioniert hat. Die Mitarbeiter waren nicht kompetent und auch nicht serviceorientiert. Das Essen ist im Restaurant viel zu teuer, vor allem weil es nicht überragend schmeckt. Und man hat es tatsächlich geschafft 3 von 4 Gerichten falsch zu bringen!!! |

De receptioniste (stagiaire) was niet op de hoogte van de boeking via Booking.Com Wilde een ander tarief berekenen. Wilde tevens een ontbijt berekenen terwijl er duidelijk een kamer zonder ontbijt geboekt was. E.e.a is na veel moeite weer hersteld. |

Heel prettig licht hotel en comfortabele kamer met uitstekende bedden. Prima ontbijt (waarvan ik het enige negatieve vond dat de ontvelde [waarom?] sinaasappel in het sinaasappelwinterseizoen uit blik komt: heeft een vieze bijsmaak). Prijs/kwaliteitverhouding in ons geval uitstekend (is niet standaard). |
