Proximity to Bussum; ease of parking; good service in room; responsiveness of the staff; easy breakfast. Would like regular bar of soap in shower rather than gel; make sure there are enough hangers in closet; hotel is getting a little old and probably needs some renovation; there was no CNN on the cable. |

It was close to the train station and Highway making travel easy while it was in a quiet upscale neighbourhood that was peaceful to walk around in. The Breakfast buffet provided plenty of options for a fullfilling start to your day. |

people where nice and the room was alway clean Eventhough I had a nonsmoking room I could still smell the nicotine smell permeating from below where it was ok to smoke. I do think this is still a problem in Europe generally. But I think it stinks and a non smoker has no rights at all. |

The breakfast buffet was good. The restaurant, although with limited menu, served delicious gourmet salad. Its quite far from Amsterdam Central, although there is a train station 1.2 km away. Our stay coincided with an IBC conference so most moderately-priced hotels in Amsterdam were booked. |

Uiterst vriendelijk personeel, vooral achter receptie. Informatieoverdracht tijdens dienstwissel was perfect! De watertemperatuur van het bad/de douche was niet constant; varieerde van ijskoud tot zo warm dat je je er aan verbrandde. Een thermostaatkraan zou geen overbodige luxe zijn in een dergelijk hotel. |
