the service at the reception desk the absence of a toaster at the breakfast lounge. it seems rather inefficient to let one slice of toast come from the kitchen.... |

The staff very kind, the food good ,the fruits at the reception desk and at each floor, the close distance to the A1 highway and finally the good value. |

Proximity to Bussum; ease of parking; good service in room; responsiveness of the staff; easy breakfast. Would like regular bar of soap in shower rather than gel; make sure there are enough hangers in closet; hotel is getting a little old and probably needs some renovation; there was no CNN on the cable. |

It was close to the train station and Highway making travel easy while it was in a quiet upscale neighbourhood that was peaceful to walk around in. The Breakfast buffet provided plenty of options for a fullfilling start to your day. |

people where nice and the room was alway clean Eventhough I had a nonsmoking room I could still smell the nicotine smell permeating from below where it was ok to smoke. I do think this is still a problem in Europe generally. But I think it stinks and a non smoker has no rights at all. |

Staff was friendly and hotel is conveniently located My name and address information was not in the computer even though I stayed at the same hotel in July - This is not a major problem, just a little strange to me |

The breakfast buffet was good. The restaurant, although with limited menu, served delicious gourmet salad. Its quite far from Amsterdam Central, although there is a train station 1.2 km away. Our stay coincided with an IBC conference so most moderately-priced hotels in Amsterdam were booked. |

Vooral personeel bij de receptie is uitermate behulpzaam en vriendelijkTV aansluiting was kapot en binnen een half uur hadden we een andere kamer. Badkamer was niet brandschoon. Kalkvlekken in toilet en zwarte randjes langs bad end at vind ik heel vies |
