Very comfortable and spacious rooms. Front desk staff were also very helpful.

My experience of the hotel was ruined by their restaurant - Brasserie Porticato. The staff of the restaurant were not accommodating. On my arrival to a half empty restaurant I was told to come back in 30 minutes as they had no space available, after 30 minutes I was given one of the tables that were empty previously. I was unhappy with the table and asked to be moved to one of 3 other tables close by. These, I was told were reserved. Almost immediately after a hotel guest walks in without a reservation and he was told that he could choose to sit anywhere. Regarding the food, this was mediocre at best. The restaurant is described as Mediterranean, after ordering the roasted chicken, I was surprised to have curry flavourings(which were not mentioned in the menu and not Mediterranean) . To top it all off the service was extremely slow in a half-empty restaurant, to the point of being ignored. I would most definitely not recommend this restaurant to anyone. It would be best to leave the hotel and eat elsewhere.

I liked the design

I didn't like the poorly equipped rooms, the arrogance of the staff particularly the management, the extortionate and ever changing prices for food and the overall impression was of a hotel that did not care for his guests in any way

I have stayed here many times and is local to our offices, so its a good all round hotel for that reason

The service and quality of food in the main restaurant is slow and poor. 2 hours for a 2 course meal is far to long and when it arrives its not good, steak was dry, chips were well just bad. One final thing 18 Euros for a cold breakfast is far too high. Its should be something reasonable as they do not serve a cooked breakfast anymore.

Fantastic food for all the family. Due to the layout and size of the hotel it did not feel crowded. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Nice atmosphere.

One of my sons could not use all the sports facilities due to a broken collarbone!

The walk around the Hotel was great. There were resident rabbits and lots of birds. Not far away, there was a pond with fishes. My kids just loved the variety of animals that can be seen around the hotel itself!

Nice rooms and good food. Sporting facilities like gym, sauna and pool are extra plus.

Internet speed and phone reach in room can be improved.

It was a nice and a really big hotel. The hotel breakfast was good but very pricey. It was a nice sport area. I enjoyed the pool and table tennis.

I was disappointed that the breakfast wasn't included. It was really expensive. I think you can also have a better tv, a new bigger flat tv would be good. The beds could be more comfortable.

Room looked really horrible, old furniture, carpet on floor was disgustingly dirty, tiny tv, internet; yes it was free - but with a download speed of 128kbps better not advertise you give free internet 'cos it makes me feel cheated!

I liked the space, free parking, 24 hour come and go, swimming pool.

The restaurant sucks. First of all we had a woman who didn't really know much. Then she walked off in the middle while we were ordering drinks. Later on when she came with a drink she never asked if all was okay or if anyone else need drinks. Finally the beef was really badly cooked. It got the feeling that the cook really didn't know the difference between rare, medium rare or well done. The beef stake was delivered on plate all cut up in small pieces??? Was this the cooks only way of telling him/her if it was cooked enough or what. For €22.50 it was an insult. It was hard, difficult to cut and one had to chew for ages to get it down. I didn't eat half of mine. It would also be nice if they served some more potatoes and salad on the side and put the salt, pepper on the table without one have to ask for it. Really poor kitchen or I happened to be there on a bad night???

Hotel is huge, it takes 5 minutes to get from reception to some rooms. The bed was too soft. The breakfast is too expensive (18 Euro) for what they offer (somewhat larger selection buffet).

It has all a professionnal conference hotel needs to have. Professionnal, clean, efficient, serious, strict. An excellent business place to stay one night. I would recommend it for business meetings and overnights

It also has everything bad about a professionnal conference hotel.. Professionnal service versus friendly welcome, efficiency versus warmth. I particularly disliked the 'yes, we can make an early check in for you but you have to pay for that..' (Would maybe have preferred 'no, it's not possible' or even better.. 'Of course, Sir, with pleasure'). The long corridors to arrive in the bedrooms are not very fancy (but do have to be like that with an hotel of this size), colors marking is efficient but lacks in some 'poetry'. Of course not a 'charming hotel' but then again you know it before you arrive.

Wide choice at breakfast buffet, even Spanish delicacies. Good value for money if breakfast is included in your deal.

Needs refurbishment, especially the beds are of poor quality, far too soft - worse than you would expect for this class of accomodation. You also need to have a clear sense of direction, because the complex layout is complicated, and not recommended for those with reduced mobility due to the huge distances involved.
