The location in relation to good transport links to countryside, cities and the beach.

Very nice big hotel with plenty of space and leasure areas. The location is nice, close to tulip fields, to the Keukenhof gardens and not so far from Amsterdam. Our rooms were clean and comfortable. We had a nice time there, and would probably come back again.

The price for dinner is completely overrated. I mean, the food that there is is good, but should cost half of that price. Breakfast is also a little expensive, but still ok.

The front desk; the swimming pool.

Certain confusion with the dinner voucher, which were charged twice - one at the front desk and again at the restaurant. The front desk solved the problem immediately o check-out.

Clean, friendly staff, comfortable and well laid out room. Self-check in / out is a good idea.

food service a little confusing for guest not on the breakfast-included plan. Some of the restaurants were closed in the evening.

The breakfast and the buffet dinner were excellent.

This was the second time I stayed in this hotel, and in both times the staff has been quite unfriendly, and very disorganised -- not all of them seem to know what they are doing. There were unclarities in adding the breakfast to our reservation and they didn't provide soaps & shampoos for two people in the room -- and complained when I went to get more soap from the reception. And in the second day the cleaner took all the soaps & shampoos we were using in the bathroom and left us without any! Had to go again to ask something to shower with. Incredible.

We were there for one night. Good hotel but if I plan to stay longer for relax I will choose other place. This is a business/ conference hotel.

Huge and yet staff did not appear to be prepared for the large number of tour buses etc. The hotel was adequate but nothing to write home about. Very basic rooms.

Quiet, close to the beach, Keukenhof and others towns outside Amsterdam. Good parking space

Internet broadband is slow, breadfast is expensive. Payed fitness facilities

Swimming pool ok, great location to visit tulip park in the neighbourhood, expecially Keukenhof

20 euros per night for a tiny dog are a little bit too much

Excellent facilities and layout. Very helpful, friendly staff. Good breakfast.

Location is fairly remote and 3 kms from the nearest town. Rent a car as getting to and from the airport or Amsterdam proper is a convoluted system of shuttles, buses and trains.

An excellent facility. In a rural setting but less than a 10 minute drive from the Keukenhoff and there is a bus from the hotel to the Keukenhoff twice daily.

Meals on site were expensive. There was no glassware in the room. The room with the cot for our son was ok for a weekend but too small to be comfortable for a longer stay.

Efficient and spacious.

Carpets in corridors and room (3116) need a deep clean or replacement, otherwise cleanliness is good. No safe in room.

A bit far from city so must have own car.

Excellent value for money, fantastic internal swimming pool, very good breakfast.

Maybe in need of some refurbishment.
