Every thing was fair.
Free internet is slow. You have to pay extra for highspeed internet which is becoming a standard . Hotels should indicate not just WiFi but the speed as well.
Fantastic facilities and breakfast. Friendly and helpful personnel. Goed location.
The windows open but the rooms are too hot on a hot still night.
As the bed was a twin the staff upgraded is without even asking to a queen bed thankyou so much we will be back, bowling , pool proximity to beach
Original Breakfast price but fair play we took the on site breakfast offer and it's a great brekkie
Pool, breakfast, works of art
Room too hot, no extractor fan in bathroom
free parking, clean and comfortable room, nice lobby,price/quality, pool and other facilities
Staff, Food, ambience & hospitality were amazing
No air/condition however the staffs were kind enough to provide a table fan, which was more than enough
The comfortable settings, such as beautiful natural view nearby, clean swimming pool, fast internet and big TV screen.
Pubic transportation is not easily accessible. It takes time to reach the hotel from the city center.
staff were the hotels best asset- front of house and restaurant.
My room was not always cleaned appropriately and I had to ask for things that had been missed, extra toilet paper, soap, coffee
Friendly and helpful staff+++ Conference rooms were comfortable and clean - NH conference Food at conference was excellent Supply of coffee, tea at conference was excellent Bus transportation to Haarlem was quite good.
Our room (6324) was in the wing that had old and very dirty carpets, walls needed painting, odor was unpleasant. Breakfast was very expensive and you could not order individual light meals. Need a car.
swiming pool and sauna
distance from city center.
conference rooms were good and conference catering was very good, lots of water and ability to get drinks whenever
Whole place a bit bland limited food options when we arrived late - really awful chinese buffet confusing layout
The housekeeping staff are nice and pool was large with plenty of warm water.
Middle age woman short blonde hair with glasses (she wears it below the bridge of her nose) was very rude at reception desk. A lot of young staff seemed to not know what they are doing or in some sort of training or something. I was talking to a young man at the reception about making changes to my accommodation and this woman who was not even part of conversation decided to but in and informed me that the young man was a trainee and basically answered for him and then as if that was not enough this rude woman condescendingly asked if I understood what she said. Just because I am Asian she assumed that I speak little or no English? I was there on a professional conference and thIs rude woman who was not even part of the conversation just decided she was going to take over for this man. I just decided to walk away and not said anything. This uneducated woman behind the counter was not worth my time and my blood pressure spiking up. This rude woman shouldn't be working in hotel business or any job that involves people skills and where customer service is rated very important by clients like me. I will never stay here again. The hotel is need of renovation. The location is very far from anything. We were basically stranded in this hotel with nothing to do except swim in the pool. No stores or restaurants around. The carpets were filthy and there was a bad smell emanating from the toilet in my room (I think it was the sewer). For the life of me I do not know why the conference was held here. It was a bad choice from the organizers. The breakfast buffet was nothing to brag about and for 14.25 euros (was 19 if you don't sign up at check in) it was not worth it. There were not a lot of choices and I ended up cancelling the last breakfast ticket. I have stayed at many many hotels in my life and have never encountered such rudeness from a staff at reception desk.
Fantastic being in hotel with conference facility
Double charged for room. Very little to do. Expensive to get anywhere due to location (65 euros from airport, 90 euros to Amsterdam. Very isolated location forcing you to eat and drink in expensive facilities.
Service & meals
Very isolated location & rather expensive
The hotel is located in a suburb area with very good facilities. If I go to Noordwijk again, will go there surely.
I stayed there for a conference, so all of things for me was reasonable. But if anyone goes there for exploring near places, the public transport is weak.
very clean hotel will stay again
Not enough milk in room for the english tea drinkers
I stayed here because I was attending a conference so can't comment on nearby attractions. Was expecting a much higher standard considering this is a 4-star hotel. My room, while comfortable, was getting dated. The place is enormous and my room got the sun almost all day so it became really hot. Staff at reception were friendly and accommodating as were all the staff in the dining and bar areas.
Bathrooms were well passed their prime and the general feel and decor for the accommodation areas was dated. Food was pretty poor - particularly breakfast. Hot items seem to be prepared so far in a advance that they're far from edible. Eat where they cook meals to order (much better) rather than the a-la carte/bain-marie facilities. Wifi set-up needed to be re-established frequently and was average to slow.
Bathroom was old , dirty cheats , smelly mattress ,
It was a good conference venue
The location is very isolated if you do not have a car. Buses do not come by very regularly and it is a good 40 min walk to the nearest village. The accommodation is VERY average. The rooms are small and basic - there is no air conditioning and the weather was fairly warm when we were stayed but if you open the windows the room fills with flies. One of the worst things was that guests do not receive ANY replenishments of bathroom products (skin lotion, shampoo or shower gel) or tea/coffee and milk power as our conference group were staying between 3 to 5 nights this was not ideal. There are also no small fridges in the rooms so don't bring anything that you want to keep cold. Sorry but I can't think of anything good to say about the accommodation.
Value for money Very friendly staff Excellent facilities Excellent breakfast
