Nice and clean. The printer in the internetroom didn´t work, paperjam. No outprints. Personell at the receptiondesk were buisy, didn´t have the time or the nowledge to fix it. |

The room was quiet On arrival the receptionist offered to obtain Keukenhof tickets for the next day,saying this would save time by our not having to buy them at Keukenhof. She did this on-line and printed out 'tickets'. On arrival at Keukenhof the following morning instead of 2 mins to buy tickets, we waited 15 minutes whilst our 'tickets', which in fact were just vouchers, were exchanged for proper tickets |

They were really helpful, I have 6 months old baby, They came to room and set up everything.. They asked me if I need baby bottle warmer or anything else.. I never thought Hotel would habe baby bottle warmer :) |
