friendly, good beds, good pool and sauna/fitness, our dog was welcome! room was dated, could use some work - breakfast was not included, 18.5 is expensive for a breakfast |

Quite large hotel dedicated for team building or conferences. Nice and clean rooms. Good breakfast (but still same for last 3 years). Good swimming pool with warm water (nice for kids / openning hours are quite inconvenient for business trip like IBC - within weekend 9-21). I can't recommend rooms 6130-6140 that are located above swimming pool. There was installed engine/compressor/blower that works 24 hours daily with strong and noisy sound as we found after first night. We asked to other room that we finally got at quite part of hotel. |

Friendly staff, good service, clearliness of the restrooms, good food the view of the room, the graden and pound were not taken of. I hope the fish are still alive. |

Friendly staff and a great breakfast that will keep you running for a long time. Possibility to swim, bowl, play pool, play table football (although some of the games are not in that good shape)... etc. And most importantly, possibility to rent a bicycle, because... ...there is really nothing to do within 1-2km from the hotel. Also prepare for lots of people if there is a conference running during your stay. Rooms are not very soundproof so you easily hear people talking in the corridor. And the beds are very squeaky so they will hear you too :) |

Big conference hotel with lots of activities and free swimingpool! Perfect if you travel by care when they have big parking for free. If you dont travel by car its a problem beacuse its way out from the city |

The rooms are very confortable, the bathroom well equipped. The cleaning women were used to knock on door very early even if on the door you had put " not disturb". |

It's a huge hotel with a large free parking place. It is conveniently located closely by car to The Hague, Leiden, Delft and Rotterdam. The sea beach and dunes are again remotely situated by car from the hotel. Great indoor swimming pool and 2 tennis courts are available for free for the hotel guests. The room did not have a fridge/minibar. On the hotel description from booking.com it was written that the hotel’s gym, sauna, solarium and squash courts are free for the guests staying at the hotel, fact that is not true. Only the swimming pool and the tennis courts are. The bathroom could have been fancier as expected for a 4-stars hotel. |

the staff was friendly and informative. It was clean and I like how we were able to rent bikes there. I didn't like that the whirlpool in the aqua fitness center wasn't hot. |

Good conference facilities. Reasonable restaurant. Nice spacious rooms with bath and shower which is always a plus! Bit of a long walk to the beach but worth it. Lovely swimming pool and refreshment area. When we went there was only one a la carte restaurant open. We wanted something more informal but nothing was available. |

Accommodation is available for family with children but not sure why it was not entered/confirm during reservation Quite a distance from the town, public transport not easily accessible. |

Good sized swimming pool and open spaces within the hotel. Large rooms with two queen sized beds and good showers. Functionally the hotel is good for the price The hotel is a 30-40 minute walk into town and the hotel is only served by a public bus which runs once an hour. The hotel does not have a shuttle bus into town. The distance from town means guests have little choice but to eat and drink within the hotel, which can work out quite expensive, as one would expect from a conference hotel. |

The hotel was central to the main attractions that I visited, My room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The restaurants were buffet style, eat your fill. Food quality was good. Not really. However, The food choice at Dinner was limited, mainly the main course. Good choice of other courses. |

We've stayed at the hotel for two nights. It is very comfortable. Very easy to find. Good location to visit Keukenhof. Beautiful surrounding of blooming tulips. Conference amenities. More then enaugh breakfast. |
