Hotel was clean and staff helpful. However though it is well placed for business, I would not recommend it for tourism. Besides the location, my room did not have a hairdryer |

The hotel was very nice, and did serve a very good selection of breakfast. The staff were very helpful and understanding of my frustrations with the hotel. The pricing was really very expensive. Everything was extra, parking, breakfast, use of the leisure centre. As well as thisd these items were expensive at about €13 for car parking, over €20 for the leisure centre and about €12-13 for breakfast. The location was also poor, and not really suitable for anything but visiting the MECC (exhibition centre). Also, to say that this hotel has a leisure centre is untrue. The leisure centre belongs to a different business, which is why it is charged seperately. Therefore the hotel does not have a leisure centre. |

All staff were extremely pleasant and efficient. The room and bathroom were spacious. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, with movement by one partner on one half of it not affecting the other. The extra pillow (without asking for it) is a nice touch. Breakfast was very good, in a spacious room, with wide choices. The location, but that was my fault, as I obviously hadnt checked it properly. If there had been a bridge across the river close to the hotel it would not have involved such a long walk. |

Very comfortable, quiet room. Excellent facilities and most helpful staff. Good location for visiting Maastricht being about 20 minutes walk from the city centre and on a bus route with a regular service. |

Parking available at €. 13,- too expensive for one night in the week- end. Why couldn't they provide this for free as there's no fair trade whatsoever. |

I thought the hotel was near the Central station, and was surprised to find it was near another station, so had to pay taxi fare to go to the hotel. |

The cleanliness of the rooms was good, nicely furnished, bed could have been more comfortable. The receptionist i spoke to was quite rude, the location is poor as it requires you to take a €20 taxi ride from the centre or a train which runs every 15/20 minutes. I don't think it was particularly worth the money. |

Reception welcoming , good size bedroom with well equipped bathroom & knowledgable bar staff (one of whom was on secondment for training purposes from the 2 michelin star Beluga Restaurant- he was exceptionally professional & helpful). Building itself sits amidst Maastrichts equivalent of the National Exhibition Centre - unattractive setting and appearance.Bedrooms lacked a mini bar. Hotel caters for Bus Tours. |

Very comfortable room, good breakfast. Internet prices a total rip-off. In good-quality business hotels this is often free, and so it should be. Flat-screen TV would be nice. |
