Very friendly staff, lovely room, nice breakfast. I thought the price for parking was a bit steep as they have a captive market and nowhere nearby which is free.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were comfortable, very standard. Very clean! Have to take a bus to get to the main area, not for too long - maybe 5-10 mins max. Nothing is really in the vicinity of the area to explore. Great if you're visiting someone staying at the university.

Breakfast was very good, varied and abundant. I had chosen this hotel because of the spa. Anywere it was mentioned that the access to the wellness center and spa was not included in the room price (already quite high for the hotel in itself). We discovered it when arrived at the hotel and decided not to spend the whole weekend there as previously planned. Moreover, the hotel is located next to the highway, besides business trips/conferences I don't see any other good reason for going there. Parking places are very very expensive (we found parking places much closer to the city center for half of the price proposed by the hotel). We didn't manage to have any information about public transportation to get to the city center: the rude receptionist that received us never uses public buses so he didn't know (hey guy, it's your job, you're paid to provide information and services to customers!!!). To summarize, this hotel is really too expensive for what it is.

Friendly staff particularly the young man in the bar/restaurant area-he couldn't have been more attentive. Having to wait at reception to provide detailed information most of which was already available when I had booked on line. Your web site indicates payment would be made at the end of my stay but credit card given to confirm booking was immediately charged with the full amount (it was a flexible booking ).I would have preferred to pay in Euros at the end of the stay thus avoiding 2% credit card charge on currency conversion by the card provider.

Location, Modern, Clean, Friendly staff Expensive, breakfast at 20euro is ridiculous, additionally car parking at 13.50 euro per night means the total cost of almost 140 euro per night is too much.

It was very convenient from the train station/bus stop and to the conference/company we went to. The food and service in the restaurant was good. Nice to have table and chairs in the lobby so that people can chat, eat, work on computer and play games. Internet in the lobby didn't work well. It took long time to download or send documents. I think 4 star hotel should provide free internet service in the entire hotel. We walked to the hotel from the train station. There is no sign on the street which way is main entrance so we accidentally went to the back of the hotel. All the doors were locked, therefore, we had to go around the hotel with the luggage.

Nice rooms, large beds, free wifi. We only stayed there one night but we really enjoyed it. Wish breakfast was included, it's in an area with not much else to eat, so we had to go downtown to eat. It's hard to find, the tomtom didn't except the address so we had to ask around the area to find it.

Breakfast were really good. Staff were very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Restaurant food was also excellent. Bar was friendly. On the downside, the beer was a bit expensive and we had trouble encouraging the ac to work. Cleanliness of room and all common areas was very good. I will stay here again and highly recommend it to friends and colleagues.
