Hotel has really good location and has big advantage for smokers - still 6 rooms for guests with this addiction!!! Breakfast to expensive , internet too expensive. Rooms with canal view are more spacious.

Room cleaning servis - one big 0. They are doing only bed and towels. Dishes from the dinner were in the room for 3 days. Yahh

The location is excellent, away from the congestion and noise, but in easy reach of all the important destinations.

One of the reception staff should not be in the hotel business; everyone else was great.

panorama view through glass wall of my room on the 6th floor to trdational Amsterdam houses and chanel. The disctrict is really quiet. The hotel is located very close to Van Gogh museum, my favorite place in Holland

it takes almost 1 hour to get the hotel afoot from Central station. You need take a taxi

La camera era grandissima, con una stupenda parete a vetri che guardava sul canale!

Non c'è un servizio navetta che ti porta all'aeroporto

ruime kamer goed bed en mooi uitzicht, goede professionele ontvangst aan de balie, zeer behulpzaam voor alle info, jammer dat men voor een snelle lunch/diner niet terecht kan in het hotel of zijn faciliteiten, wordt door de barcraw afgeraden. Goed dat we wel naar een goed restaurant werden doorverwezen, ik zou stellen, jammer van de omzet die verloren gaat voor het hotel

parking bij een 4 sterrenhotel moet beter geregeld zijn, heb geen zin om met mijn valies 500 m te lopen in de gietende regen!! Ik werd wel een paraplu aangeboden, maar misschien moet je eens denken aan een soor voiturierdienst of shuttledienst?

ゴッホ美術館からも近く、ダム広場へも観光しながら歩ける距離なので観光には便利でした。ただ、夜遅くなるとホテル周辺は人気が少ないので、少し怖かったです、一人で歩かない方が良いと思います。

浴室の壁(天井)にカビがギッシリ張り付いていて気持ち悪かった。タオルも一人分しか用意されてなかった。受付の対応があまり良くない。
