everything!! The facilities, the staff, the room, the service! All 10/10!
There was nothing not to like!
Staff were particularly great
Very elegant and classy hotel by the erasmus bridge. Rooms are spacious and beds very comfortable but there is very little space in drawers and closets. Nice view.
Comfortabel bed Mooie badkamer Sunset city view
Location, modern style, view from the window
Security deposit still hangs locked on my card - 4 days after check out
Stunning view from the 23rd floor. Amazing choice of breakfast. Definitely worth the 20 euros extra, which you normally pay for a lunch in the city centre as well.
When we got in our room we noticed that the coffeemachine was not properly cleaned as well as the windows. At the reception they offered a free upgrade to a higher level angle room. Great service!
Great location and funky building.
Phone didn't work Garbage from previous guests behind sink
Location. Building design. Bed comfort.
Toilet in the room. Floor was not hoovered daily. Frigobar and coffe not refreshed systematically. Ongoing civil work out side very noisy as from 7:00 a.m. Overcrowded bar, long wait for a drink.
Wifi was not working during out stay. The is very modern Hotel, but a bit cool
First room we stayed in, a sunrise room I think Great ribbon windows and better space than average
Lack of atmosphere as bar was on 7th floor Standard room was too small with not enough light Gym was really quite small also
Early check in and late check out and nice fruited water
Staff at front desk very friendly but a bit slow
Nice building and rough materials. Confort was good
I didn't see the television!
We booked a shuttle service with reception to the airport ...then got told the next morning that No shuttle service is available for the day ...had to make use of a very expensive taxi service.
If you arrive by car, be prepared to suffer while carrying all your bags from the overpriced underground parking to the reception and from the reception to the room. When you ask the reception for some help or the possibility of having the bags unloaded from the car in the street in front of the hotel entrance, you get a reaction as if you have asked for a helicopter pad. We chose the sunset room, and the room was simply freezing and the heating didn't really help at all because it is not really heating but a useless little screen where you can choose between 17 and 22 degrees celcius, which all night long felt like -5. The "bar" at the 7th floor is a disgrace. Service was AWFUL, you can barely see the view from the bar anyway. Waiting about 20 minutes to check out the next morning was the cherry on top! This hotel has been a pure waste of time and money during our stay.
the night staff, aggressive none friendly , not helpful
Stunning building and well equipped.
The staff there was helpful, but there was a misunderstanding during the check-out.
The hotel is situated next to the Erasmus Bridge. It's an easy walk from Rotterdam Central Station. Can't fault anything really. Breakfast is substantial with a considerable degree of choice, served on the 7th floor. There's an unequalled view of the bridge and the River Maas.
Location Rooms - clean, quiet Late check-out time
Semi-transparent toilet doors in the room that leave little to the imagination Front desk staff elaborately discussing their party-drinking skills when I was checking in
Nice hotel with modern urban feel. Breakfast and bar area is beautiful. Very nice breakfast as well.
We booked NH Rotterdam for the spectacular views. We had a room on the 16th floor. Before our window was a big, big construction pole almost completely blocking our view. It also prevented daylight from coming in. In retrospect that made value for money, money for experience... out of balance. Would not book here again.
The location and the aechitecture of the building !!
A bit of walking distance to the busy city area. Not too far, still walkable.
fresh rooms, location
No desk. If you are traveling for business and need to use a PC in the room like I did, this may be a problem.
Location in the city. Transport facilities close to the hotel. Modern design of hotel and bedroom.Quiet rooms. Comfort of rooms.Complementary drinks, including champagne. Choice at breakfast.
On Saturday morning, due to the amount of guests, there was nowhere to sit for breakfast in the dining room. We had to sit on high stools in the bar, split up from the rest of our friends. It was difficult to get the food for breakfast because there were so many guests. Loud pumping music was playing unnecessarily during breakfast. Even the staff disliked the music.
The view of the sunset room was beautiful! The rooms were clean and quiet. The breakfast was also very nice.
The staff at the hotel reception was ok, but not very helpful. During the weekend the concierge was off and there was nobody to replace him.
We had a bed and breakfast which was very nice. You can choose between a romantic, hangover or fast breakfast. The view in our Sunset Room was amazing. Perfect for a romantic get away.
You don't have a lot of choice (menu) at the hotel restaurant.
