Friendly Staff and a clean, comfortable room On Sunday evening the restaraunt and bar were closed and the nearest facilities are 20 mins walk away. |

Good location on Rhine near Arnhem from where you could walk into the centre in 10/15 minutes. Location of restaurant overllooking Rhine very good and breakfast choice excellent. Four star rating is questionable vey limited public facilities. Parking difficult unless back in hotel in late afternoon, have to use public parking on Rhine river road which is free at present, but car may not be secure. Restaurant evening menu limited but food was good. |

We liked the view over the river and the generally very pleasant surroundings, also the fact that it was conveniently close to the town centre yet without having tall buildings crowding round it. |

Walked into town for shopping and dinner; watched the barges go up and down the Rhine; sat on the terrace in the sun watching the water. Strong smell of cigarette smoke in the hallway but on my second stay I remembered to ask for a non-smoking room and this was then not a problem. |

The view over the Rhine. Very comfortable room. Very helpful, pleasant staff. On a good bus-route. Late check-out. We had a very enjoyable holiday there. |

I liked the restaurant very much, the food was good but even more the view over the Rhine was fantastic. The room was just the right size, great bathroom with a soft big towel and also the care for the environment I very much appreciated. I regretted I had to stand by the window to be able to see the river. Straight ahead was a wall. The rate made up for it though. |

it was very peaceful and no hassles getting food and drink when needed.Reception staff very helpful too. Prices a bit dear and no reduction in cost for single occupancy |

Stylish and comfortable rooms, lovely location and a very good restaurant. Great views of the river from all rooms. Nice outdoor terrace ( but it was too cold/wet to sit outside). I'd like a gym. The standard tariff is rather high - but I got a good deal on Booking.com |

The staff really worked to be as accommodating as possible. The rooms were clean and made up. I like the little perks like the short story-reading material or the special kid's bath set. We booked two rooms for my family and my parents. We requested a non-smoking room but initially ended up in a really-heavily smoked out room. We called front desk and they helped us out immediately. |

Friendly staff. Nice view on the Rhine river from all rooms. Arnhem city centre in walking distance (shopping). Good place to visit most of the Netherlands by car. Breakfast is OK but the price is quite high for what is really offered. |

Its pleasant position and eager staff.Their ability to speak many languages.They are obviously trying.Room was good. Exterior tired faded look.It needs a good outdoor scrub up.The fact that we were informed the Gelderdome was a 20 minute walk? it was that in a Mercedes. |

The rooms are excellent: clean and well equipped: Long beds and quiet surroundings! Nice view over the river from the rooms and the restaurant! Very nice and helpful staff and the breakfast was indeed something to remember!! It's not the cheapest facility, but I think it's well worth the money. |
