Got a free upgrade to a Junior suite since a standard room was not available. Very spacious, very nice! Loved the room. Very good beds. No free wifi in the rooms. Come on people, it is 2012. Paying extra for bandwidth is so 1999.... Also, the shower could be better. Water pressure is a bit low and the position of the shower makes you have to stand on the tap almost to catch some water.

We have been to the hotel several times in the last 5 years. It is a dream come true. I left Arnhem as a child and now return as a pensioner.I always dreamt of staying at the Rijn hotel.The views are great with the sky changing all the time. The birdlife is great. I also really enjoy seeing the Rhine barges go by day and night. The staff especially Melanie were great. Penny piching-not having a plentiful supply of teabags. Difficulty in making staff understand that we did not wish to be put into any old hotel room but in a good room with great views.It took 3 goes to get the right room-the usual run around we seem to get in hotels.One staff member actually said there was only one room available when half the hotel was empty.

Great hotel; neat location. Comfortable room with good bathroom. Best pillows ever! 19 euro breakfast not good. Price was not effectively advertised before or I never would have had it. As far as the breakfast itself, no way it was worth the money. Bad eggs, burnt cressant rolls, stale breads. Had lots of hotel breakfasts in Europe over the years, but this was one of the least appealing. Not good.

Although the hotel was further from the town than we expected there was car parking in the area with no charge. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful and the room was comfortable.

Perfect for us as we were visiting Oosterbeek and the bus stop was outside. Nice wee stroll into Arnhem Centre. Lovely hotel. Will be booking again next year

The beautiful views from our window, and the tranquility of our room after a day in the busy city. Breakfast was good, but the evening meal was too expensive and didn`t offer any basic food choice.We ate out all week.

Kindness of the staff - efficient - bookingdetails were confirmed and fullfilled - fantastic vieuw - one remark: airco is very much to loud during the daily period till midnight - guests have the opportunity to wear ear-plugs, but this is not the right solution.
