The location of the hotel on a quiet area of the Rhine and the view is exceptional. The Hotel is modern, comfortable and well presented. The air conditioning was run at a "too economical level" and during the warm weather was not sufficiently effective. |

A large comfortable, room with a view over the river. Good breakfast. Restaurant and terrace with river view. Bathroom door did not open fully as too close to bed, which could not be moved. |

The coutesy and helpfullness of the staff, the veiws from the hotel room, the comfort of the beds and pillows The fact that the menu had an item on the desserts that had not been tried before and after waiting for 40 minutes for our dessert we were told the chef could not make it. |

Exellent hotel. Had a very enjoyable stay and will return. The shower alternated from cold to hot. We reported it at reception and they assured us that it would be looked into. |

Arnhem is a very nice smaal town with a lot of history. The hotel is in a perfect central location, very clean and friendly. Could not have expected any better. |

I liked that they had a bath as well as a shower, the room was nice and big and it had nice views of the waterfront. There was no free internet, and it was a little bit of a walk from the city, but otherwise it was fine. |

The staff were very plesant, rooms were spacious and clean. I was doing 'A bridge too Far' tour and stayed with my 81 year old mother who enjoyed the whole experience. I would reccommend it. The room rates kept changing on the booking site and it was not clear if breakfast was included. It was good but an expensive extra. |

Fantastic view of the Rijn! Staff was friendly and roomservice as well as breakfast was excellent. Breakfast was a little expensive at 19 euros. Room was not as clean (some hairs and soap residue in the bathtub and sink), but the beds were nice and comfortable. Shower was not pleasant, as the temperature changed frequently and the pressure was unsatisfactory. Shower. |

Friendly staff, especially the night clerk was very helpful in providing a drink after the bar had closed minutes before I arrived. The bathroom was quite old, and the shower not very comfortable. Also, there was no information regarding facilities, i.e. a bar, in the room. |

The welcome was excellent, the food good and the rooms comfortable, quiet and clean. It was rather empty, but I do not think the hotel is to be blamed for this - it was a Sunday in October! |

Perfect location, all rooms with river view. Situated near the city (15 minutes walk) Outside appearance of the hotel is rather poor. Fee for a dog is EUR. 15,00 (!!). It would be correct to publish this price on the website |
