The staff were very plesant, rooms were spacious and clean. I was doing 'A bridge too Far' tour and stayed with my 81 year old mother who enjoyed the whole experience. I would reccommend it. The room rates kept changing on the booking site and it was not clear if breakfast was included. It was good but an expensive extra. |

Fantastic view of the Rijn! Staff was friendly and roomservice as well as breakfast was excellent. Breakfast was a little expensive at 19 euros. Room was not as clean (some hairs and soap residue in the bathtub and sink), but the beds were nice and comfortable. Shower was not pleasant, as the temperature changed frequently and the pressure was unsatisfactory. Shower. |

Friendly staff, especially the night clerk was very helpful in providing a drink after the bar had closed minutes before I arrived. The bathroom was quite old, and the shower not very comfortable. Also, there was no information regarding facilities, i.e. a bar, in the room. |

The welcome was excellent, the food good and the rooms comfortable, quiet and clean. It was rather empty, but I do not think the hotel is to be blamed for this - it was a Sunday in October! |

Perfect location, all rooms with river view. Situated near the city (15 minutes walk) Outside appearance of the hotel is rather poor. Fee for a dog is EUR. 15,00 (!!). It would be correct to publish this price on the website |

The rate was very competitive, while the quality of facilities and staff was still very high. The location is very nice on the Rhine, but a bit less central than I had anticipated. |

We liked the deck facing the rijn river. It was great to sit on the very small balcony drinking wine and watching the ships go by. Pretty good walk from city center (bus train stations) |

The buffet breakfast was consistently good in quality and range of produce.The dinners we had, were of good standard, although somewhat pricey. Parking and getting out of hotel somewhat problematic due to oncoming traffic.Inconsisteny by staff in dining area about having a jug of fresh water on table.One person says "its against hotel policy" the next person provides a jug of water.The next day only a glass of water is allowed.Not everyone wants expensive bottled designer water!!! |

The staff was so very polite and friendly (very undutch :) ) what a pleasure!! From our arrival and check in to our dinner, breakfast - and even our return after the concert. Well done - please keep it up!! Also really liked the idea of having a concert special dinner earlier and organising of a taxi to the concert. The hotel needs to be painted - particularly on the rear and some "roundup" on the patio would be good too. |

Good location on Rhine near Arnhem from where you could walk into the centre in 10/15 minutes. Location of restaurant overllooking Rhine very good and breakfast choice excellent. Four star rating is questionable vey limited public facilities. Parking difficult unless back in hotel in late afternoon, have to use public parking on Rhine river road which is free at present, but car may not be secure. Restaurant evening menu limited but food was good. |

Walked into town for shopping and dinner; watched the barges go up and down the Rhine; sat on the terrace in the sun watching the water. Strong smell of cigarette smoke in the hallway but on my second stay I remembered to ask for a non-smoking room and this was then not a problem. |
