NH Rijnhotel    

The reception staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The food in the restaurant for both suppers we ate there was excellent. Close to the 2 tourist attractions we wanted to see and outside of downtown Arnhem.

A bit cheap with the toiletries and the paper products.

The staff were extremely helpful and the rooms cared for everyday even if you did not leave the hotel room until mid morning.

Stop for bus and trolley bus is 3 mins walk from hotel, for either Arnhem or out to the Airborne Museum at Hartenstein Hotel. Lovely location beside the Rhine. Quiet room and comfortable bed. We would stay here again.

Breakfast selection was satisfactory and suited us, but perhaps not quite as wide as one might have expected.

On our last morning, the head waitress at breakfast, didn't speak. Which seemed odd as she had been very pleasant & helpfull when we had our first evening meal. Parking wasn't easy.

This is a typical business hotel but very tired and old-fashioned. Staff were friendly enough but the hotel is in need of a refurbishment. The restaurant was expensive and the service was very slow. The fixed price menu appeared to be good value at first until we realised the starter and main were both beef and there were no other options. When pressed a vegetarian option was offered but it was totally uninspiring.

The hotel provided free cot for our child. Free parking was also a plus.

Breakfasts could be a little bit better, internet is quite slow and not user-friendly.

excellent staff very knowledgeable about the local area. enjoyed a good three course meal in the restaurant which was of a high standard and was very good value for money.

We used this hotel as an overnight stop after driving from Austria heading to Ijmuiden to catch the ferry back to Newcastle. The hotel was very comfortable, we booked two double rooms which were ideally next door to each other, one was even an upgrade with a living area and a balcony, both rooms were very spacious and comfortable with excellent furnishings. The reception and bar staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful, advising us on a child friendly restaurant to have dinner in, it was Pinocchios a pizza restaurant in town. Very good breakfast in the morning, easy free parking, great location next to the river, all in all a fine hotel.

There was nothing we didn't like about this hotel.

Cold room, minibar hot

Simply everything - the room was large, clean and well-appointed and the view was just great over the Rhine. The staff were excellent - friendly, helpful and ready to go the extra mile to make the stay a good one (one spent half an hour on the internet researching how to fix my friends frozen mobile phone and then sorted it out for him!). This hotel offers excellent value for money.
