It was so noisy. Do not try to sleep. The room was cold and so was the shower !

The room was great, large bed and good breakfast

Nothing specific, but if I were to notice anything, it would be the mattress of the bed.

Good location. Bathroom had full bath and shower combo. Coffee and tea facilities. Family friendly. Friendly and helpful staff.

Well located hotel on Rembrandtplein and very convenient for my business trip. All the basics of clean room, helpful staff, food/restaurant and wifi were delivered well.

This hotel displayed a complete lack or semblance of customer care or service. We also booked this hotel and were informed on arrival that we would have to upgrade to a superior room as we had our daughter with us. This upgrade cost us €90, which is a contradiction in terms as we were originally informed that kids go free. We would not stay at this hotel again, we would not recommend this hotel ever and quite frankly we may not even use booking.com again. A totally inadequate service and one which totally let us down.

Hotel is very central and breakfast was till 10:30. The quality of blast was good. Room was clean and very functional

Bad experience - early wake up call on day of departure did not happen. We nearly missed our flight. We were offered a breakfast pack to take with us which was not ready and we had to leave with no pack which had already been paid for !!!!! The receptionist would not credit our account !!!!!!!!

Location. Almost everything could be reached in a 5 minutes walking. Moreover, there is a bicycle station in a minute where you can rent it and the city is yours. The staff in a lobby seemed to be very friendly

1. If the window looks to the square, it seems to be a little bit noisily. However, you should take that fact into your consideration. 2. While check in procedures, I faced with a problem where my booking confirmation wasn't confirmed by a person in a reception. I was insistently told that my booking confirmation is not in their system. Don't forget your confirmation in a written form. 3. Stairs are steep 4. Each day you have to take new code for internet.

Nice hotel with traditional character, in a good location for easy access to shops, Dam square and central station. Room was quiet, clean and tidy with tea / coffee making facilities, safe and mini bar.

Bathrooms smelled like a sewer. Room was too hot, staff was rude, and indifferent, housekeeping was poor and late. The art the hotel was themed on sucked. Poor management.

Excellent location, very helpful, friendly staff, very nice rooms.

A simpler system for logging in to the WiFi, such as having the password on the check in information. I didn't bother using WiFi in the end.

Rooms facing the park tend to be somewhat noisey. Double pane windows would help.

Complimentary late check-out on Sunday. Were able to check-out at 5pm which was very convenient for us, having a late flight home.

We found 4 laDYBIRD insects in the room, which, one by one, my wife mad me kill...she did not sleep very well

Good location if one is for pub life

Overall feeling of the hotel and room was bit tired and need of maintenance. I think part of that is the carpet in the room which is brown and looks untidy.

Hotel centrale e confortevole

The authentic art deco style, paintings etc. Nice please to take a step back in Rembrandt square bohemien/ artistic times and enjoy todays comforts at teh same time.

Broken elevator; unpleasant smell at room and in the elevator. Narrow corridor. Poor WIFI.

I got a room at the front side of the hotel with a great view of the Rembrandt square. But it was a bit noisy. It would have been a good service if the staff had asked me if I would have preferred the nice view or a quiet room. (I would still have chosen the great view).

The staff member who did the check in wasn't very friendly. How difficult is it to just give a smile.
