Taille raisonable de la chambre. Insonorisation. 7Mn en voiture de l'aéroport. Froideur de cet hotel ressemblant à un bunker. Navettes de l'hôtel payantes pour l'aéroport. Ma chambre solo était dotée d'une salle de bains vraiment moche et démodée pour le standing que me semblait être la chaîne nh : wc, carrelages, tapisserie à renouveller d'urgence. |

les efforts fait à la réception de l'hôtel pour parler en français. Une piscine et un espace détente agréable et relaxant. une petite mésaventure au début de notre séjour, concernant la chambre attribué. Réservé une suite, délivré une chambre double classique, problème résolu par la réceptionniste en moins de 10min. |

L'espace piscine, sauna',hammam..., Chambre vieillotte, salle de bain à refaire,il faut prendre les serviettes de la chambre pour la piscine...question d'économie...mais après la serviette est trempée dans la chambre!! Nouvel engagement a revoir. |

Le faite de pouvoir se délacer dans l'espace piscine/sauna La première réservation nous avions une belle chambre / spacieuse et la 2 ème fois pour plus cher elle était moins belle, vieille, et moins spacieuse. Pourquoi? |

As we only tayed at hotel overnight we were unable to experience all aspects of the hotel. However, the staff, food and accommodation was great and e would definately stay again if we are ever back in Amsterdam |

One of the receptionists was very rude, and she did not give me proper information about shuttle bus to the airport, she only gave me part of information. |

We loved the swimming pool and our room was fabulous! The staff were very friendly and helpful The breakfast was very expensive at 21 euro per person!!! |

The staff were pleasnt and helpful. The fact that you had dedicated chech out desks in the morning helped me get away on time. The fact that you needed to pre-pay for the bus to the airport was not displayed anywhere. Several guests were already on the bus when they found out. Some were not too happy. |

Very convenient to both the city of Amsterdam and the airport. Excellent courier service to the airport. Tea and coffee in room an unexpected bonus. |

I found the hotel was very convenient , offering very good service and excellent shuttle bus from /to Airport...staff were very friendly and good. The room was clean and neat with all basic ammenities that one would require and look for in a transit hotel. I strongly recommend this Hotel |

Room for 3 persons was rather ok. Equiped with flat panel tv - incorporated iron & board . Good for business purpose. At the moment of check-in was a fire alarm going off which made the staff confused - non organized. 20 minutes after the alarm, fire-doors were not even re-opened on several locations. My stepdaughter got burned on her shoulder due to a defective shower thermostate. Another thing to know is that echt trip back to Schiphol costs 5 Euro per person (which should be a free service for a 4 star hotel!!) I give it a fair 6.5 on 10 |

It's close proximity to the airport. The very friendly service. Their helpfulness in letting us keep some extra luggage in a secure place for a few days. The great special rate and also the shuttle service. These were all very helpful to us and worked well with our schedule and plans in the Netherlands. Thank you! I was not able to book another night at the same rate--I guess we were just fortunate to get the special for one night. Thanks! (We tried to stay there one more night a week later, but it was more than twice the price for that night for some reason). |

The staff were very professional. Hotel is great, cleaning staff was great. Ice machines were great. Why am I still paying - in this day and age - for using internet in the room? Why am I paying 5 euro to be transported to Schipol every day? This is where everything connects. If I knew I had to pay to be transfered to Schipol all the time, I would have stayed in another hotel closer to Schipol. |

The hotel is clean The front desk was horrible. They do not know what they are doing. They never heard of Booking and they do not understand the reservations through Booking were pre-paid. I checked out 2 days ago and I still have not got my final bill yet. |
