価格が手頃でアクセスが良い

けっこう深いバスタブがありゆっくりお風呂に入れて日本人としては良かった。部屋は広く清潔で快適でした。-

インターネットの無料アクセスのシステムがあるのはありがたかったが、ロビーのみで、使用したいときにいち- いちロビーにいくのが面倒だった。部屋でつなぐことができたらもっとよかった

空港からのシャトルバスに、パスポートの入ったカバンを忘れてしまったが、すぐに対応してくれて助かった。- その時のバスの運転手のおじさんが、乳児を連れた私達に孫の写真アルバムを見せてくれた。部屋も快適で暖か- かった。

7時のフライトだったので、行きはシャトルバスを使えなかった。24時間無料にしてくれると、完璧です。

The nh hotel is ideally situated close to Schiphol airport. I used a sleep, park & fly arrangement. The shuttle bus brought me to the airport in time and picked me up two weeks later with my car safely parked next to the hotel.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very nicely decorated and included good electrical amenities. We felt comfortable and the staff were very helpful during a difficult time when our daughter was ill while we were staying there. The hotel shuttle bus was good and the hotel a convenient location to access day trips to Amsterdam and transport to and from the airport. I was amazed that I never heard a plane overhead while we were there... we had restful nights sleep as the beds were comfortable too. Thank you all for your excellent service.

Free internet only at the lobby. Limited coverage. Paid internet in the room. Expensive breakfast.

Staff is pretty smiling and kind.

Rooms are old and sad with a old moquette. No price quality proportion. Expensive wifi in the room. Payment for the shuttle bus for 5 minutes from the airport is exaggerated. It is claimed a rent a car service but it isn't available at the hotel. To rent a car you have to go back to the airport.

The distance to the airport is very good and the personel of the hotel is really fantastic. Rooms were clean and with adequate equipment.

Noise of the planes is the main drawback of the hotel eventough the noise insulation is sufficient,

Convenience...attractive package for stay and parking

Hotel room was nice and clean.

The hallway smelt of sewage. It was not nice. It cost 5 Euros each time you went to the airport using their buses. They had a captive adience and they were ripping them off. It was unncessary. Either they offer it free to customers, or set a fixed fee. Alternatively give a clear direction to the nearest public transport facilities.

Near to the airport and train station

Location quite far from centre which cost us 50 euro by cap. If taking then its fine. Not quite a number of shops you can find it here. Others seems ok.
