As we only tayed at hotel overnight we were unable to experience all aspects of the hotel. However, the staff, food and accommodation was great and e would definately stay again if we are ever back in Amsterdam |

We loved the swimming pool and our room was fabulous! The staff were very friendly and helpful The breakfast was very expensive at 21 euro per person!!! |

The staff were pleasnt and helpful. The fact that you had dedicated chech out desks in the morning helped me get away on time. The fact that you needed to pre-pay for the bus to the airport was not displayed anywhere. Several guests were already on the bus when they found out. Some were not too happy. |

Very convenient to both the city of Amsterdam and the airport. Excellent courier service to the airport. Tea and coffee in room an unexpected bonus. |

I found the hotel was very convenient , offering very good service and excellent shuttle bus from /to Airport...staff were very friendly and good. The room was clean and neat with all basic ammenities that one would require and look for in a transit hotel. I strongly recommend this Hotel |

Room for 3 persons was rather ok. Equiped with flat panel tv - incorporated iron & board . Good for business purpose. At the moment of check-in was a fire alarm going off which made the staff confused - non organized. 20 minutes after the alarm, fire-doors were not even re-opened on several locations. My stepdaughter got burned on her shoulder due to a defective shower thermostate. Another thing to know is that echt trip back to Schiphol costs 5 Euro per person (which should be a free service for a 4 star hotel!!) I give it a fair 6.5 on 10 |

Close to the Airport. This is 13 questions, not 4. Yes, my room was dark, in a corner of the building with a view of trash a brick wall and dog sh*T. |

It's close proximity to the airport. The very friendly service. Their helpfulness in letting us keep some extra luggage in a secure place for a few days. The great special rate and also the shuttle service. These were all very helpful to us and worked well with our schedule and plans in the Netherlands. Thank you! I was not able to book another night at the same rate--I guess we were just fortunate to get the special for one night. Thanks! (We tried to stay there one more night a week later, but it was more than twice the price for that night for some reason). |

The staff were very professional. Hotel is great, cleaning staff was great. Ice machines were great. Why am I still paying - in this day and age - for using internet in the room? Why am I paying 5 euro to be transported to Schipol every day? This is where everything connects. If I knew I had to pay to be transfered to Schipol all the time, I would have stayed in another hotel closer to Schipol. |

The hotel is clean The front desk was horrible. They do not know what they are doing. They never heard of Booking and they do not understand the reservations through Booking were pre-paid. I checked out 2 days ago and I still have not got my final bill yet. |

Very nice rooms, renewed! Very close to the airport... good option for people that have to fly early morning. We got a split bed, which was not nice. We had to sleep saparated. |
