Cleanliness of the room, free apples in the lobby, and free shuttle from airport to hotel. The comforters (two single comforters) on the queen bed were too small and short to cover completely, although the sheets were of a high quality. |

We found the room very comfortable. We were not able to take benefit of all the facilities though as we arrived late and left very early in the morning. There could have been more staff on reception. It does not give a very good impression of a hotel when there are a lot of disgruntled people milling around waiting to be attended to. I was also not pleased to find that we had to pay one way for the shuttle service to Schipol airport. |

Desk Staff were pleasant. A little farther from the airport than I thought. I didn't realize that there was a cost for the return shuttle. Also, the additional taxes and fees were more expensive than I realized that they would be. |
